My friend and I have been taking classes for the past two months and feel amazing. Our instructor is fantastic, the studio is spotless and very private. We highly recommend Pilates Space!

Pilates Soace is the perfect classical Pilates experience. All of the instructors are professional, caring, highly skilled and experienced and customize workouts for each client's individual needs. I started at Pilates Space Florida with private lessons to ensure I learned about classical Pilates, the way its founder taught it. I was at least 50lbs overweight, yet found the practice to be easy, strengthening, and a confidence builder. I’m 1.5 years into my practice, and have discovered so many strong things my body can do.
Why join this “classical” practice as opposed to Club Pilates or other more “modern” Pilates fitness classes, which integrate music, high energy environments, and many people participating in each class? As my friend, says, those places are the McDonalds of Pilates.
