“Been coming here for three or four years. Started with 1 small area, added another small area and 2 large ones. Paola really is amazing. After reading some of the other reviews, I’m super happy to see that she gets the recognition she deserves. I’ve had laser hair removal other places in the past that have gone too fast and missed spots or been impatient with my pain tolerance. Paola makes sure you’re as comfortable as possible and she’s very thorough. Never have had burns. Never have felt rushed.

Laser hair removal in general is expensive but their payment plans make it very affordable. When I first started coming here I really didn’t have the budget to be doing it but they still made it work. They also have sales pretty often around major holidays where you can lock in the price at a discount and pay the balance down slowly.

As far as results are concerned, I’m super happy. Some areas are more stubborn than others because it’s hormonal and substantial hair reduction takes a few sessions. 3 out of the 4 areas they’ve treated, I now don’t shave at all unless I’m going for a touch up.

Customer service wise they have been VERY patient with me. I have a really busy and unpredictable work schedule and over the years I have had many cancellations or times I’m running late and needed to reschedule. They have always been very kind and understanding. Booking appointments has always been easy. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 min to get seen when I show up on time.

I rarely leave reviews, but just had my umpteenth appointment with Paola today and felt like it was time to share some positive feedback. This was money well spent for me. Zero complaints.“

I have been to multiple salons for my laser and I have NEVER had results like I have with Ibeauty! Not only is the salon clean but my electrolysis Erika is absolutely incredible. She makes me feel comfortable and confident.
