After MANY years of chronic pain and difficulties in moving my body, I am so grateful to have found Liz and The Therapeutic Alternative. From the moment you walk in the door, you can sense that this office is unique. You are treated to a personalized and very gentle yet effective way to help resolve chronic pain. I just LOVE getting a treatment here and highly recommend it to anyone who is needing some TLC for the body.

What can I say? Because of The Therapeutic Alternative my life has changed. I am grieving the loss of my father and during my first session, I had an emotional release of a lot of pain I was holding in. It was like a weight lifted off of my shoulders. I also began working with Claudia and Joya with Lymphatic Drainage Massage to prepare for surgery on my breasts. I completed three sessions leading up to my surgery and I did not swell, barely, after surgery. I am recovering incredibly well. Cecilia is a true angel.
