I don't even know how to put into words what Sam can do. My gf recommended him and raved about him and i just thought " ok I'll make an appt ‍" I get terrible headaches and have terrible posture and he figured out so much more that helped alleviate my pain naturally and with daily things to do on my part at home. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. Makes you feel super comfortable and never pushes anything, just presents info, facts and his own personal experience. I recently started working out Hiit and my body was so sore and tense , got tennis elbow and Sam just knows every muscle and how to adjust you ( not chiropractic-ally ) but swift movements and pressures...read full review
