“This was a wonderful experience for me. I'm 75, a cancer patient and ostomate, and have been away from the weights for four years. The Facility has a welcoming and intelligent feeling, and my trainer, Aaron, was knowledgeable and very patient. All workouts are with trainers, and all trainers have four-year degrees in exercise science. I absolutely recommend this gym for anybody working back from an illness or from time off.”
