That is very important to me. The custom cutting of woods in their own facility is also great, so for example our closets do not have the excessive number of pre-drilled holes for adjusting shelves like one sees with pre-fabricated materials that most or all of the other closet renovation companies seem to use. Lastly to mention, everyone we have encountered has been very professional, timely, polite, and knowledgeable, and the finished products are outstanding.
