I started coming here since last Monday and I am in love! So far I’ve taken 6/11 classes they offer, totaling 14 sessions already. It’s really clean and organized, and the staff has been extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
They have 15 cardio minute and 45 minute, low-impact isometric workouts in sauna, plus a weights area. There are bathrooms, one with a shower and there’s a fountain to hydrate. There’s a vending machine with snacks, drinks, and mat rentals.
The equipment is really easy to use and the Hotworx app has short equipment tutorials to show how to use and adjust them.
