“Today my husband and I had our Annual Wellness Visits at Centrum Health Boca Raton. The atmosphere in the office was very pleasant, friendly, and calm — we felt so comfortable from the very beginning.

From the first step of scheduling our appointment with Linda Ayres (Manager), everything was clear, efficient, and welcoming. She handled all the paperwork quickly, answered all our questions, and made the process smooth.

When we arrived, Ketty Quintero (Medical Assistant) greeted us warmly, took all the measurements and vitals carefully, and entered all the necessary information with great professionalism.

We are truly grateful to have chosen Mr. Ivan Dieguez as our Primary Care Provider. He dedicated plenty of time to us, explained everything about our health in detail, and created a clear plan for next steps, including labs and follow-ups. What impressed us the most was how much attention he gave and how thoroughly he explained aspects of our health that no one had ever taken the time to discuss with us before.

As newcomers to the U.S. from Ukraine, it was extremely important for us to find a caring, responsible, and knowledgeable doctor. We are very happy and thankful to have found such an excellent professional and such a supportive team.

“My experience with Danielle and Dr. Tornick and staff was such a life changing visit.

I visited April 1 & 8 2026

I was born with spastic cerebral palsy and I had a massive stroke in May of 2025

I visited I NR to get the pSE treatment in hopes that it would improve symptoms and help me to get back my independence. I did two injections and from those treatments, I got almost complete relief from numbness and tingling on my left side.Also, most of the Nero pain is gone. I also feel like it did improve spasticity because I got more range of motion in my affected arm now almost a month later get it over 115° when raising it also, it did improve my balance And I can walk a little bit faster Also I did get improvement in sensation in temperature, plus food taste normal again, also my personality has improved. I hand my wit and sense of humor back.

I recommend anyone who has a stroke to go to the INR or at least one injection it is incredibly life-changing.

Also, Danielle and everyone were extremely kind and supportive of me. I will be forever grateful for Dr. Tobnick and everyone for the rest of my life. Truly a unmeasurable experience.“

“We received an invitation to receive a free hearing test from AudioNova. We made an appointment and received a very extensive hearing test from a very personal and expert Board Certified Hearing Care Provider Matthew Kassem. He explained everything thoroughly. By the end of the explanation, I was convinced that the hearing aid he recommended was the one for me.
I tried the aids and was extremely pleased. I no longer have to struggle to hear people and could hear TV clearly at a normal level.
The cost of these Swiss precision made hearing aids may be more than many other types but these are custom made and worth every penny I paid.
I can go back and meet with Matthew any time if I have questions or need additional training.
This is definitely the place and the person to see if you need a quality hearing aid.“

She made me feel comfortable right away as I walked in by calling my first name. Her personal approach really stood out—it felt like she truly cared about me as a person, not just a patient.
