We made an appointment and received a very extensive hearing test from a very personal and expert Board Certified Hearing Care Provider Matthew Kassem. He explained everything thoroughly. By the end of the explanation, I was convinced that the hearing aid he recommended was the one for me.
I tried the aids and was extremely pleased. I no longer have to struggle to hear people and could hear TV clearly at a normal level.
The cost of these Swiss precision made hearing aids may be more than many other types but these are custom made and worth every penny I paid.
I can go back and meet with Matthew any time if I have questions or need additional training.

They asked all the right questions for new patients and got three referrals setup and ready for when he is ready to see a specialist.
