I had a EWS (Environmental Water System) whole house system installed today. Raul was very professional and did an exceptional job. This is a great plumbing company. I will always recommend! They are clean, honest, efficient. Previously they installed some electronic toilets for me and also did a great job. This is the BEST PLUMBER IN THE AREA!
I can’t say enough great things about Productive Plumbing! I tried to fix my shower myself and ended up making the problem even worse. Before sending someone out, Robin and Lionel went above and beyond by patiently trying to help me fix it over the phone. They genuinely wanted to save me a service call if possible, but unfortunately, I was in over my head.
They sent Raul to my house, and he was absolutely fantastic! From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and had a smile on his face the entire time. We had a leak in our guest bathroom in the wall tha caused our water meter to run continuously. Productive Plumbing advised us what to do until they got here, which was the same day. They found the leak and capped it, returned two days la5and ran new pipes with minimal disruption and with pre precision and efficiency. They cleaned up and left the work areas spotless. Their team are very knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything as they progressed. I have no hesitation in recommending Productive Plumbing.
