“This is the place to go for frames and lenses. They really know their stuff and actually specialize in thick, heavy prescriptions and astigmatisms.I bought two frames, but one ended up on backorder. Isaac set up an appointment for me to see what other frames that brand specifically had since I like that style. I found a pair I liked, and he didn’t even charge me the difference.He also re-ordered my lenses for me completely free. He already had the lenses in the store, but they were photo gray and I wanted them in brown, so he just swapped them out complimentary.If you need new glasses, you seriously want to go here!“

“waited a solid 20 mins past my appointment time even though i had filled out all the paperwork online ahead of time which was a little annoying but not a deal breaker honestly. the doctor was nice and seemed to know what he was doing, checked everything thoroughly and explained things clearly without making me feel rushed. the front desk girl was friendly enough but kind of scatterbrained, she forgot to tell me about the warranty on my frames until i was already walking out the door. i got a pretty good deal on a new pair of glasses becuase of a promotion they had running so I cant complain too much. the office itself was clean and everything felt modern wich i liked. overall a solid experience, just wish they ran a little more on time“
