I’ve been explaining to Chris my insect problem over the course of several months and he’s been a pleasure to work with He listens and doesn’t shrug off my needs nor does he just “do his job and leave“ He came up with a course of action and followed up with the necessary steps to make sure I was satisfied which I am and happy to have him as the technician that maintains my needs
