“We used Nautilus in home care for my grandfather after he was in the hospital for about a week and had a bout of shingles which made him very weak and unable to use his right arm. The care takers were all very professional and helped a great deal with getting my grandfather in and out of bed and around the house. They also would ocassionally drive them to the pharmacy, grocery store, etc. Which was very helpful since they do not own a car. It was nice knowing that he was taken care of since I couldnt be there in person. The one care taker I did meet, Linda, was so nice and I could tell she sincerely cared about my grandfather. “The wonderful staff have been nothing but accommodating, caring, and extremely reliable.
As my mom has gotten further into her illness, I was completely alone handling everything and trying to work full-time. I was desperate for help and extremely particular about who would be with my precious mother.
At first, she was able to only have a few hours a day as she wished, but as disease progression furthered, she needed another shift. Caregivers sent wonderful girls, and I was able to breathe easier, knowing she was being looked after.
As of recently, My mother’s doctor wanted her to have one girl full-time and they provided this immediately and she is an angel! My mother has taken to her so well that her health is actually improving as much as it can , given her illness. Elizabeth is making every day the best she can and that is everything!
