on my interaction with owner/technician Claiton Pinto. Yesterday, I was walking in my neighborhood for the first time in a few months due to some health issues. Due to the heat and being out of condition, I found myself sitting on the sidewalk having to take a break. Before I knew it, there was Claiton (he had been in his van after servicing a nearby home) offering me water, the A/C in his van & even to drive me home. I could not believe how kind he was to a complete stranger…
