I called thanks a lock yesterday as I liked the name on Google. My safe had been jammed closed for months and I couldn’t find the override key and the man on the phone was kind enough to give me a tip on how to open the safe and it worked and saved me a service call so I think they are fabulous and I wanted to give them a shout out.
I have used Thanks-A-Lock twice in the past ten years. Both times they answer the phone promptly and had someone to me in less than 30 minutes. Shaun was polite and efficient and a lifesaver.
They were able to give us same day service and help us get the lock open that we needed done quickly. Nice service and they were close by to our West Boca location. Helpful gentleman and very communicative. Thank you!
