I've had an exceptional experience here. Extremely knowledgeable and honest crew. They were patient with my many questions and concerns. I had a small issue with a safe that I was quoted 300 dollars to fix. It took them 3 seconds to fix it and they didn't charge me. They did not have to do that. I highly recommend!

I went to get a key for my car the employee helped me out to get the exact key I needed but then I changed my mind and got another type of key that will work and was more durable and not shake when open and close a few times as the original ones do.I give them a 10 for they know what they do.

As the manager of a large business location, I value professionalism, skill, and customer service above all else. In a day when most locksmiths are more interested in "service call profit", John and the crew at TAL set the standard to which all other locksmiths should be compared. Got me out of a minor jam in less than 15 minutes, and for the same price that the other guys would have charged me for just showing up. Thanks John!!!! You've got a customer for life.
