I take my kids here. Although Dr. Luchtan is good, I can’t say the same about the service provided by other nurses and doctors. They always rush you. I took my kids (2) yesterday and the appointment lasted 3 minutes top. They prescribed a medication I still don’t know the name of because the Dr said it so fast. I have labs sent to Quest which I don’t know how to administer. They just said “call their 1-800 number”. I asked for the number and they said nothing. They want to rush you out when your kids are sick and you want answers.
Professional, experienced, very kind and acknowledged doctors & amazing nurses & every member of their staff made a big impact on my kids. They just love to visit even on the sick days… I’m more than happy with Bica Pediatrics Group for the past 10 years
