“11/10 I started with intense back pain. I went to another Chiropractic Clinic. I signed up for the extended treatment plan. No results. My PCP referred me to a spinal pain Dr. Prescribed pain meds. No help. I was bent forward. Could barely walk. I was referred to an Orthopedic Dr. I was on Facebook, which I never am. I saw Dr McNabb’s post. I got a wicked vibe. ?? I got goose bumps. ?? I made an appointment. Boca Chiropractor did X-rays. Dr McNabb gave me a Decompression and Chiropractic treatment that 1st day. I felt relief . Didn’t try to sell me anything. Dr said “ please make an appointment, we will go over your x rays and design a plan to help you.”I did. 10 treatments later. I am a new man. Honest! I look forward to my visits. Please, please please, go there!“

In the 6 months I’ve been going to him, he’s treated me, my husband, my 4 year old son, or 2 year old baby boy, and even our dog! “Life-changing experience with Dr. Lipman

Dr. Lipman truly saved me today. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor on and off, but it turns out my issue was much deeper than just adjustments. What I was dealing with was significant fascial restriction and twisting that needed to be released, not just cracked and sent on my way.

Dr. Lipman immediately recognized this and took the time to actually address the root of the problem. His knowledge of fascia and the body as a whole is incredible. The work he did was intentional, thorough, and exactly what my body needed.

Even though I know I have a journey ahead of me, I already feel so much better after just one visit, which honestly says everything. I finally feel hopeful instead of frustrated.

“I simply had to update my earlier review of Dr Fano's Boca Spine & Wellness Center - because WOW! I've just had a new therapy offered here: shockwave. The name may sound intimidating, and if you check out videos of how other practitioners are using this on patients it may give you some anxiety? The videos may show patients grimacing under the tat-tat-tat-tat-tat of the shockwave wand. But I am SO VERY glad I got this treatment on my hip. I have a torn labrum and off-set hip joint on my right side. I've endured YEARS of pain cycles, triggered by either exercise, stress or some unknown cause. My pain would be a combination of dull ache, pulsed pain, ice-pick stabbing and stiffness, with discomfort high, about a 9 on a scale of 1-10, lasting several days. I've been getting the laser tissue, back decompression and manual adjustments at the clinic for the past year, which have provided huge improvement in my condition. But the other day, I tried shockwave treatment on that hip and it was transformative. The treatment lasted maybe 5-7 min on the area, beginning with some cool gel, then the wand being passed over repeatedly. The only sensation I felt at level 8 (on scale that goes up to 12) was a very brief rubber-band snap. In the days since my first shockwave treatment, I've NO redness, bruising, tenderness, or pain of ANY kind. Stiffness is nearly gone. The first night, I was able to sleep on my affected hip side with NO pain - first time in months. The next day, I had a very mild sensation of tissue massage? But the overwhelming feeling has been one of utter RELEASE. No sharp pain, no dull ache, no ice-pick stabbing. I honestly feel like that right hip has never had a single issue. I will be adding this treatment to my weekly visits. Even if someday I have to have surgery to repair that torn labrum, if I can get back to living, exercising, travel and enjoying life PAIN FREE, it's a game-changer.“
