I moved and needed to find a new stylist in my area. It had been a decade since I'd looked for a new stylist and I feel so lucky to have found Courtney at Brag Salon on my first attempt. I've been twice now and she has been so wonderful. The first appointment she essentially refreshed my partial foil and it turned out great. The second appointment I wanted to transition to a slightly darker look. Despite not knowing how to describe it beyond showing photos, she decoded what I wanted and proposed an approach that would allow me some flexibility to see how I felt about the change. I'm super happy with the new look and highly recommend her. She's a total gem!

Always the best experience coming here for our pedicures. We go monthly and don’t miss a month because we love the pedicures services here so much. The ladies are so nice and kind. They are hardworking and do such a great paint job. We always get the gel pedicure $50 and that includes the hot wax and massages!

Fortunately, Houng and Joanne demonstrated exceptional skill and by rebuilding the damaged toenail with gel, seamlessly matching it to my other toenails. Sonja was patient and understanding as I tried to explain what I wanted and didn’t want - hair can be so hard to describe sometimes but I felt like she really wanted to understand and man did she deliver! Plus, a week and two washes later, I’m still able to get the look I want! ??? worth the drive from Seattle!!!

First time in to Sweet P Beauty for a eyebrow tint and eyelash lift. Siera was professional, calm and extremely gentle which I really appreciated. She always explained what she was doing next and made sure I was comfortable. I loved the result of the curled lashes and darker brows. Siera also showed me how to use my brow make up and brush more effectively. The shop itself was clean and well appointed with products. I know I will return!

Aria is friendly, professional, and works quickly. My hybrid full set only took about an hour which is faster than my experience from other salons. Her application process was smooth and I did not experience any discomfort. She does not use any gel pads I believe like other places do and I prefer this because those pads often leak into my eyes occasionally causing some irritation. I don't have any sensitivity issues I'm aware of so I did not experience sensitivity, discomfort, or redness from my appointment.My only suggestion is that if you're a new client, maybe bring some photos or have a good idea of what lash extension look you're going for because Aria is detailed and she will be able to fine tune your lash look to your liking. I made the mistake of not thinking about this before hand so my extensions are longer than what I'm used to. That is not the fault of the artist though. I've been going to Christine for over a year now for sugaring and facials, it's an appointment that I always look forward to. From seamless appointment booking through text all the way to the service, I can't recommend Lady Lam enough. Christine is very talented at her craft, she thoroughly explains the process of her services and products and you can tell she puts extreme care in the work she does. In the past I tried a few salons to get my Brazilian wax but none of them felt comfortable. My first experience at Lady Lam was so comfortable, Christine made sure I was well situated, was gentle and also distracted me with her wonderful presence. She is a wonderful listener and her studio space is well appointed. I also have for a couple facials with her and they were so relaxing! The prices for all of her services are very reasonable for the service that lasts for a long while. You will need to book with her well in advance (month + recommended) because she is in high demand.I'm going to continue to go to her for sugaring and facials until who knows when. Highly recommend booking an appointment with her!

Jamila is truly talented at what she does. She created such a calming, welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in and her skill and attention to detail throughout both treatments were outstanding. The 90-minute Detox and Destress was deeply relaxing and exactly what I needed. My skin feels so soft, I really loved the dry aspect of the treatment. The HydroFacial left my skin glowing and according to husband I look like I took a dip in the fountain of youth.

Recently, I had to remove my lashes to get permanent eyeliner done, and my natural lashes were still thick and full thanks to her expertise. This is my first time ever coming here, and I definitely will be back again. Came in for a lash lift & tint and Zoe did such an AMAZING job on my lashes. Generally, my lashes point straight down and the inner ones are pretty stubborn. I’ve gone to multiple lash artists for lash lifts, and none of them have ever focused on my inner lashes
I’ve mentioned this to Zoe, and not only did she reassure me that she will make sure my inner lashes curl, but she even added additional time to our appointment (no extra cost) just in the case we needed more time working on my lashes (didn’t need the extra time!). Jim arrived on time and got right to work with his diagnosis. He snaked a camera through a clean-out valve through our sewer and verified our concerns. He found that tree roots were blocking the line and carefully explained everything we were seeing/how to repair it. He arranged for a truck with the proper equipment to start the work the same day. All of our interactions have been excellent, from the receptionist and dispatcher to the team working on our property to the owner (Jim) who made sure everything got finished in a smooth and timely manner. They listened carefully and were considerate of our home, furniture, and landscaping. We’re very grateful and impressed.

Thompson Electrical did a small job for us this morning, moving two outlets and installing a third outlet. The electricians arrived on time and completed the job in 90 minutes. They were efficient, quiet, professional and did not have to turn power off to the house to complete the job. This was not an urgent job, but they were able to schedule it quickly and everyone we spoke with was professional and appreciative of our business. **** worked with several electricians over the years, and we will call Thompson for any work we need to have done in the future.

I used Pacific Modular to redo our building floor, it turned out great. The best part was working with Jim who was great getting back to me with any flooring options and updates. I would recommend using them for any of your flooring needs.
We had a move-out and move-in cleaning done at two houses. The scheduling, booking and customer service was some of the best that I've seen from contractors so kudos to Oleg for being awesome to work with. I did find that a few obvious spots were missed during both cleanings (B+ grade cleaning), but they made it right with a partial refund/credit for one house and had their supervisor come out to do the fix work the next day on the other house. The bathrooms and kitchens look stellar, it's the small stuff like baseboards, spots on walls, vent registers, light switch covers, and cobwebs that were overlooked in some spots. I would grade the customer service as 5 star, cleaning as 3 star, and a balance of a 4 star for making it right.

Vita and her team are excellent! We had a move-out clean scheduled with them after many years of living in the property with not enough TLC. They did a remarkable job and left the place looking sparkling clean from the windows to the floors. They also went above and beyond during the clean and accomodated some last minute requests that were not foreseen at the start of the cleaning. Would 100% recommend them. Thank you Vita!

From the start of our project Shawn sat down with us to find out what we had in mind and get an idea for what we were going for and what type of budget we expected. We had weekly meetings where we met with the designers at Seabrook Design and Shawn to plan out how we wanted the bathroom to look. In all our decisions Shawn helped to guide us on what options would best fit our space and stay within our budget. It was also really cool getting to see a 3D rendering so we would have an idea of what our finished bathroom would look like.
Once the project got started up we knew we were in good hands. The A-Z team that worked on our project was Kyrone, Connor, and Arlin. They were very professional and did all the work with a level of craftsmanship that can’t be beat. Kyrone kept us in the loop on every update of the project and consulted with us to make sure we knew of any potential changes or updates that needed to be made. They were very respectful of our space as my wife and I were still in the house while they were working. We enjoyed having them in our home and honestly we will miss getting to see them.
After the project was complete they cleaned the space really well, and left our entire house looking better than when they first showed up. My wife and I are very impressed with all the work that they did. The bathroom exceeded our expectations and A-Z will be the first call we will make when we have a project in the future.
An enthusiastic five stars A++. From the first time we met the owner, Greg, to the very end of the project it’s been an incredible experience, which is a weird thing to say about renovation work! The estimate was very competitive and if anything changed, Greg was really transparent. His communication throughout the six month excavation of our basement (2’ of dirt, more in the crawl space, and redoing our entire foundation) was excellent. He answered every single one of my questions quickly and in terms I could understand. And I cannot say enough good things about the crew led by Barry and assisted by Lamonte. They are incredibly detail oriented, tidy, organized, friendly, and creative with their problem-solving. Anytime there were extra trucks or noise, Barry went and notified every neighbor on the street who also got to know him. There wasn’t a problem that Barry couldn’t solve. They really went above and beyond with everything they did. We even found on garbage day that they had put our trash bins back for us every week. When they had extra workers helping, they were awesome too! Just good people all around who really know what they’re doing even with a huge project on a 1908 house.

Complete Heating & Cooling replaced our decades old furnace with a newer Rheem furnace that came with a touchscreen thermostat as well as improve the venting pipe system in our garage. We got through our first winter with no problems, which we are grateful for.
The crew showed up on time and completed everything within 1 day. Overall, I think they are a solid choice to go with, and it's nice that they are a local company.
One tip I might offer is to double check if the thermostat that they will install qualify for utility rebates (if any).

I started going to the Fairwood Chiropractic Clinic after I was in rush hour car accident.
I was experiencing headaches with neck, back and shoulder pain that made it difficult to work and sleep.
I am a registered nurse at an ambulatory clinic in the Renton area. I am very familiar with medical treatments for pain or injuries but not so familiar with Chiropractic treatments.
From the first visit to the clinic I felt welcome and well cared for.
The front desk staff were caring and efficient. I worked a lot with McKenna, Miriam and Hannah.
I was working mainly with Dr. Corona and Dr. Kagetsu. They listened to my concerns and developed a plan to help me.
The other chiropractors were professional and helpful.
Before appts the assisting staff would help me with stretching and mobility. I worked mainly with Justin and Jimmie. They have a welcoming and light hearted manner that helped to lift some of the stress and pain I was experiencing after my accident. The other staff members were helpful too.
Later I started scheduling appointments with Taylor, one of their massage therapists. She has been wonderful! She is kind and professional.
I was not sure if acupuncture would be helpful for me. I did not know anything about it. Wow! After the 4th session I realized a big difference in my quality of sleep and anxiety level. I was working Shuyao. What a nice experience.

After attending several therapy sessions, I was told that I had scoliosis, despite not having any X-rays performed. While the treatments provided temporary relief, the pain continued to return.
My wife then referred me to Dr. Gil, and I am extremely grateful for that recommendation. During my consultation, Dr. Gil conducted a thorough evaluation, including X-rays, and took the time to clearly explain each area of my spine. He confirmed that I do not have scoliosis and provided a detailed explanation of the actual causes of my discomfort.

We cannot say enough good things about this veterinary clinic and their entire team. They took exceptional care of our sweet girl after she tore her ACL and needed TPLO/TTA surgery.
From the very beginning, we felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Nurse Nina went above and beyond and surprised us with the sweetest custom bandage, which honestly meant more to us than she probably realized. The entire team came out to greet our girl, showered her with love, and made sure we left feeling confident about her recovery plan.
For anyone preparing for this surgery: they walked us through the healing process clearly and realistically—strict rest at first, gradual leash walks, pain management, and what signs to watch for during recovery. Knowing what was normal (swelling, slower movement early on, probably won’t eat or potty for the first 24 hours, gradual improvement week by week) helped ease so much anxiety. They were always available to answer questions and never made us feel silly for checking in.
On top of all that, their pricing was significantly more affordable—about half the cost of BluePearl and Bellevue Veterinary and they accept CareCredit.

I got a deep tissue massage here, it was helpful for my pain. The room was aesthetically pleasing and organized,I can smell the lavender oil, it was a high quality massage, I got great stretches too. It was super tight on my chest and shoulders ,feeling much better.
We went here for valentines day, it was amazing. Got rid of my headaches for like 4 months. If you get tension headaches I would definitely give this a try.
