Our thermostat was showing the furnace working but it wasn't actually heating. AES was able to fit us in on short notice on a Friday afternoon. James came and within 15 minutes had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I would definitely use them again.
I had Atlas roofing company, Renton install the roof for my elderly parents. Tommy and his crew were very professional and a hard-working guys. They replaced a roof in two days. They were very patient working with my parents. I will definitely call them in the future for any roofing work.

I had been doing sugaring and shaving on and off for years and finally decided to pull the trigger with laser hair removal. I’ve been coming here since fall of 2025. I bought an intro package for Brazilian and underarm laser hair removal ($99) which included your first session. You can choose additional packages for more. I chose to add 7 more sessions I believe it was about $1500? I also did my upper lip (7 sessions) about $500? I can’t remember (sorry ?), but they also offer installment payments so that’s pretty cool! My results have been AMAZING. After only a 2 sessions my underarm hair didn’t grow back only a few random little hairs. For my Brazilian the hair is growing thinner, I rarely need to shave and the skin is soft and smoother. Rani and Raj are the SWEETEST mom/daughter duo. Highly recommend and love supporting women owned businesses!

I moved and needed to find a new stylist in my area. It had been a decade since I'd looked for a new stylist and I feel so lucky to have found Courtney at Brag Salon on my first attempt. I've been twice now and she has been so wonderful. The first appointment she essentially refreshed my partial foil and it turned out great. The second appointment I wanted to transition to a slightly darker look. Despite not knowing how to describe it beyond showing photos, she decoded what I wanted and proposed an approach that would allow me some flexibility to see how I felt about the change. I'm super happy with the new look and highly recommend her. She's a total gem!

First time in to Sweet P Beauty for a eyebrow tint and eyelash lift. Siera was professional, calm and extremely gentle which I really appreciated. She always explained what she was doing next and made sure I was comfortable. I loved the result of the curled lashes and darker brows. Siera also showed me how to use my brow make up and brush more effectively. The shop itself was clean and well appointed with products. I know I will return!

I've been going to Christine for over a year now for sugaring and facials, it's an appointment that I always look forward to. From seamless appointment booking through text all the way to the service, I can't recommend Lady Lam enough. Christine is very talented at her craft, she thoroughly explains the process of her services and products and you can tell she puts extreme care in the work she does. In the past I tried a few salons to get my Brazilian wax but none of them felt comfortable. My first experience at Lady Lam was so comfortable, Christine made sure I was well situated, was gentle and also distracted me with her wonderful presence. She is a wonderful listener and her studio space is well appointed. I also have for a couple facials with her and they were so relaxing! The prices for all of her services are very reasonable for the service that lasts for a long while. You will need to book with her well in advance (month + recommended) because she is in high demand.I'm going to continue to go to her for sugaring and facials until who knows when. Highly recommend booking an appointment with her!

Recently, I had to remove my lashes to get permanent eyeliner done, and my natural lashes were still thick and full thanks to her expertise. It's very relaxing, and I always love the style of the sets she does on me ♡
This is my first time ever coming here, and I definitely will be back again. Came in for a lash lift & tint and Zoe did such an AMAZING job on my lashes. Generally, my lashes point straight down and the inner ones are pretty stubborn. I’ve gone to multiple lash artists for lash lifts, and none of them have ever focused on my inner lashes
I’ve mentioned this to Zoe, and not only did she reassure me that she will make sure my inner lashes curl, but she even added additional time to our appointment (no extra cost) just in the case we needed more time working on my lashes (didn’t need the extra time!). The were perfect from the first attempt, and Zoe was so so kind and welcoming on top of that

Got my first tattoo, came to find her randomly (although she seems to be so popular) in google and felt a kick that echoed “this is it”. Drove straight to her location, without call or anything 5hr away from my flight back home. She was very disciplined with her work, she took me in after hearing I am trying to create memorable trip (although it’s appointment only), gave her my design, she was quick and creative to recreate the design from scratch and she did all in front of me, nothing to hide. Every moment felt so safe and confident and the result speaks the same. Her personality is also very nice, she makes your tattoo as if she’s making for herself and that’s the key to getting the best tattoo. She also made sure that I feel less pain as possible and kept on taking care of me. Thank you pae ??. And yeh price is also very reasonable.
Hannah recently did a few tattoos for me and she is great! The consultation process was very smooth and the day of Hannah was very understanding and we made a few tweaks based on sizing and changes I had made since our consultation. She was very patient and understanding when I explained I had, had a bad experience with a tattoo artist in another state a few years prior. Hannah was great to work with and fun to talk to during the appointment. I have already told her I would like to work with her again once I figure out my next few tattoos. Great experience and can't wait to come back and work with Hannah!

Requested service to repipe a 2 bath/1 kitchen and a bunch of additional stub outs. Doug gave me an estimate that no one else could beat. Was hesitant at first but very happy that I went with them. Baba, Jose, and Michael were masters! Had an issue with one of the stub out due to a hairline crack and Baba was back in to fix this in no time! Unbeatable price on a tip top quality work! Kept things clean!
Couple things to note on all repipe jobs. (1) They're not magicians and can't work through walls. So walls will have to be cut. (2) They're not drywall repairers- you wouldn't hire a surgeon to fix your car right?.

Thompson Electrical did a small job for us this morning, moving two outlets and installing a third outlet. The electricians arrived on time and completed the job in 90 minutes. They were efficient, quiet, professional and did not have to turn power off to the house to complete the job. This was not an urgent job, but they were able to schedule it quickly and everyone we spoke with was professional and appreciative of our business. **** worked with several electricians over the years, and we will call Thompson for any work we need to have done in the future.

I reached out to 5 different locksmiths in the Bellevue surrounding area before booking Co Locksmith. Not only was Chen the MOST affordable out of all 5, he was the most straightforward and transparent with pricing and so easy to book. Instead of giving me a huge range of what the quote would be and overcomplicating the quote with jargon I didn’t understand (like the other companies), Chen was the only one who simply just asked for photos of the locks that needed rekeying and gave me a straight answer.
Chen is the person you’re speaking to on the phone when you book. He is also the one who shows up to do the work. We had a move-out and move-in cleaning done at two houses. The scheduling, booking and customer service was some of the best that I've seen from contractors so kudos to Oleg for being awesome to work with. I did find that a few obvious spots were missed during both cleanings (B+ grade cleaning), but they made it right with a partial refund/credit for one house and had their supervisor come out to do the fix work the next day on the other house. The bathrooms and kitchens look stellar, it's the small stuff like baseboards, spots on walls, vent registers, light switch covers, and cobwebs that were overlooked in some spots. I would grade the customer service as 5 star, cleaning as 3 star, and a balance of a 4 star for making it right.

From the start of our project Shawn sat down with us to find out what we had in mind and get an idea for what we were going for and what type of budget we expected. We had weekly meetings where we met with the designers at Seabrook Design and Shawn to plan out how we wanted the bathroom to look. In all our decisions Shawn helped to guide us on what options would best fit our space and stay within our budget. It was also really cool getting to see a 3D rendering so we would have an idea of what our finished bathroom would look like.
Once the project got started up we knew we were in good hands. The A-Z team that worked on our project was Kyrone, Connor, and Arlin. They were very professional and did all the work with a level of craftsmanship that can’t be beat. Kyrone kept us in the loop on every update of the project and consulted with us to make sure we knew of any potential changes or updates that needed to be made. They were very respectful of our space as my wife and I were still in the house while they were working. We enjoyed having them in our home and honestly we will miss getting to see them.
After the project was complete they cleaned the space really well, and left our entire house looking better than when they first showed up. My wife and I are very impressed with all the work that they did. The bathroom exceeded our expectations and A-Z will be the first call we will make when we have a project in the future.
An enthusiastic five stars A++. From the first time we met the owner, Greg, to the very end of the project it’s been an incredible experience, which is a weird thing to say about renovation work! The estimate was very competitive and if anything changed, Greg was really transparent. His communication throughout the six month excavation of our basement (2’ of dirt, more in the crawl space, and redoing our entire foundation) was excellent. He answered every single one of my questions quickly and in terms I could understand. And I cannot say enough good things about the crew led by Barry and assisted by Lamonte. They are incredibly detail oriented, tidy, organized, friendly, and creative with their problem-solving. Anytime there were extra trucks or noise, Barry went and notified every neighbor on the street who also got to know him. There wasn’t a problem that Barry couldn’t solve. They really went above and beyond with everything they did. We even found on garbage day that they had put our trash bins back for us every week. When they had extra workers helping, they were awesome too! Just good people all around who really know what they’re doing even with a huge project on a 1908 house.

Complete Heating & Cooling replaced our decades old furnace with a newer Rheem furnace that came with a touchscreen thermostat as well as improve the venting pipe system in our garage. We got through our first winter with no problems, which we are grateful for.

I have gone to Optimal Dental for many years. I used to go when Dr. Odegard was the owner and only dentist. I took a break and went to another dentist for a while because it was next door to my work. It was convenient for lunch breaks etc. I AM BACK! I've been back at Optimal Dental for several years now and I wish I'd never left. The dentists and the staff are absolutely wonderful . I am afraid of the drill. They are aware of that and do their best to help keep me calm. Even offering a blanket! I love this dentist's office. We cannot say enough good things about this veterinary clinic and their entire team. They took exceptional care of our sweet girl after she tore her ACL and needed TPLO/TTA surgery.
From the very beginning, we felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Nurse Nina went above and beyond and surprised us with the sweetest custom bandage, which honestly meant more to us than she probably realized. The entire team came out to greet our girl, showered her with love, and made sure we left feeling confident about her recovery plan.
For anyone preparing for this surgery: they walked us through the healing process clearly and realistically—strict rest at first, gradual leash walks, pain management, and what signs to watch for during recovery. Knowing what was normal (swelling, slower movement early on, probably won’t eat or potty for the first 24 hours, gradual improvement week by week) helped ease so much anxiety. They were always available to answer questions and never made us feel silly for checking in.

I was looking for someone skilled In myofascial release to help me with chronic pain associated with fibromyalgia and I found Gabe! I have been seeing Gabe for 2 or so years now and when I first started, I could barely even tolerate being touched - that’s how sensitive my body is. But even in just the first appointment I could tell that Gabe was extremely gifted and intuitive in a way I had never experienced, and I felt safe enough to continue with regular appointments. My body can tolerate (and even enjoys) so much more now and I always look forward to my appointments knowing I will feel so much better afterwards. Dr Sara Reed was amazing in helping me recover from a long term back injury. Just as I was about to “graduate” with a much happier back, I sprained my ankle. So I went back to receive more care and she helped put me back together. I am able to run, move more freely and my pain is greatly reduced. I am so grateful for her attention to detail and excellent care. I highly recommend her and the entire staff.
Friendly and welcoming staff! Fun trivia good music and environment that supports healing. Had a bad accident four years ago and needed pt at several intervals of my surgery and recovery. Scott and Dalton were instrumental in my healing. They helped with strong anatomy based alignment and strength training. Gave real world perspective on how to continue to live healthy after finishing Physical Therapy!
They walked me through the entire journey from nerve healing to strength training! They smiled and supported me on good days and bad! I saw tremendous improvement in my case once they were on my team! I often ran into neighbors and realized this is a community resource! Highly recommend!

I was recommended this acupuncturist by a friend after a bad fall. He addressed the pain and treated me for healing. I cannot believe how quickly I healed.I am continuing treatment as I have other health issues and seeing results. Like any other treatment that focuses on healing, it takes time.This might not be the fanciest place, but I have never had such good and effective care.
