I just wanted to share my feedback on the services performed over the past two days. Firstly, I was very impressed that your receptionist was quick to get me scheduled on the same day on short notice, she was very courteous and professional. Both plumbers arrived on time on both days, were very quick getting straight to the task at hand, and informative about proper maintenance, tips, etc. I've been a homeowner for 20 years and have had dozens of service contractors over that time, and I have to say - these gentlemen seemed genuinely enthusiastic and confident in their work! Great company. They fixed the problem the same day. The guys that came by were nice and willing to explain what they were doing. They didn't try to trick me into getting anything extra like you hear some companies do.
