Jim arrived on time and got right to work with his diagnosis. He snaked a camera through a clean-out valve through our sewer and verified our concerns. He found that tree roots were blocking the line and carefully explained everything we were seeing/how to repair it. He arranged for a truck with the proper equipment to start the work the same day. All of our interactions have been excellent, from the receptionist and dispatcher to the team working on our property to the owner (Jim) who made sure everything got finished in a smooth and timely manner. They listened carefully and were considerate of our home, furniture, and landscaping. We’re very grateful and impressed.
