Mountain Valley Heating & A/C
“When our AC started acting up this year, I figured it was probably done for and that we'd be looking at a full replacement. I looked at several different companies, but ultimately reached out to Mountain Valley as they were highly recommended by several Seattle-centric communities.
On the day of the appointment, Jim showed up exactly on time. He was polite, professional, and thorough. He found a leak in our evaporator coil and recommended replacing it. Honestly, I was surprised (and relieved) that he didn't jump straight to a system replacement, as I had expected.
The quote we received was a little bit higher than expected, but this was entirely because of the cost of the coil itself (dang inflation). But regardless, it was a very reasonable quote to get our system back up and running, and significantly cheaper than a full system replacement.
The repair went smoothly, and we're once again enjoying a comfortable home. We would absolutely recommend Mountain Valley to our friends and family!”
