when I told them I felt the lower night guard they had made was uncomfortable compared to my previous upper night guard they had it remade it for no extra charge. I don't think people should go and expect to get things for free, and I didn't either, but it was a nice surprise.

I've been coming here for a year or two now to get my nails done. The owner is the manicurist which is nice bc she only schedules people one at a time. I love it considering COVID. She's very friendly and I love talking with her when I'm there while she's doing my nails. She's also okay when I have work meetings I have to take while I'm there. She's also very gentle when doing my mani pedi and gentle when she's taking my nail polish off. I definitely will keep coming back!

Rajni takes her time, cares about her clients and is super responsive when trying to book an appointment. I’d had my brows waxed at Gene Juarez for years, then a friend told me to try threading and Rajni’s ability to shape and clean my brows to have them looking like perfection keeps me coming back. Never going to anyone else again, I love how she explains everything throughly, her products are high quality and natural so no harmful chemicals. I’ve also had facials done and she makes sure you are relaxed, everytime I get on her bed I fall asleep, super comfty and warm. Highly recommend!

This was my third visit for sugaring, and I couldn’t be happier. I made the mistake of going somewhere else once due to scheduling, and the experience just didn’t compare, I won’t go anywhere else again. We had an evening appointment, so there was plenty of free evening parking in the Kent station shopping area with restaurants and boutiques nearby.
I was able to send my tattoo design ahead of time, and Cabug worked with me to get the sizing and placement right on my forearm. We spent the rest of the time just tattooing, talking story, watching the first John Wick movie on the projector screen- and my tattoo was finished in no time!

After putting in a request on Yelp, “I Need a Plumber Now!” was incredibly quick to respond—and Ryan actually arrived before several other plumbing companies even replied.
Once Ryan arrived, he was extremely helpful and clearly determined to resolve the slow drain in our kitchen. He walked us through a few possible approaches and immediately got to work. After some diligent effort using a drain snake followed by his high‑powered water flushing equipment, the clog was finally cleared.
Ryan also took the time to leave us with helpful tips on how to prevent future buildup, especially regarding cooking oils that had hardened inside the pipes. That extra guidance was much appreciated.
Beyond his technical skills, Ryan was personable, friendly, and professional. In this day and age, it can feel worrisome inviting someone into your home—but Ryan is someone I’d gladly invite back for a cookout anytime.

Had a one time cleaning for an event. The job was very well done but it was very expensive compared to the prices that I have been paying in the past for regular cleaning (about 4 x the price). I am assuming this was because it was a deep clean - but I will find out soon as I asked for an estimate for regular cleaning.

We had older laminate flooring in our kitchen and were looking for an upgrade. We visited a few places around the area, but ended up going with Intra Flooring based on Aleksey’s knowledge and how helpful he was. When we first visited the showroom, Aleksey was able to answer all of my questions and was very honest about all the products available. He came to measure and provided some samples for us to choose between, he even let us borrow the samples for a few days so we could be sure on the color we were choosing. Once we were decided, he was able to schedule installation quickly. Our installer was on time, very professional, and did a wonderful job. We’re not fully done with our kitchen refresh, but we’re so happy with our floors!

Matt was referred by a friend of mine at work for our remodeling project. Our schedule was very tight for the scope of work due to our rental property end day. Our deck was falling apart with my husband having to replace wood annually with rotting lumber and in our very rainy climate used during a limited window during the year.
Jon and his team had already worked to construct a covered area for my parent’s house and when we loved it and wanted to do something similar he was able to execute on that vision and make it unique so much so that it looks like it was originally part of the house with the same attention to detail for the architecture of our house. Jon is extremely busy so we feel fortunate we were able to get fit into his schedule.
He and his team (Anthony and Joshua) are so thoughtful with their attention to detail and he was able to not only complete the project on time but also within budget. (We did get a competitive quote with a different option which aesthetically not as beautiful as what he and his team constructed nor similar to our house style but for the same budget). He has an eye for how things are supposed to fit together and complement each other from the beams and some being painted and finished with trim , to demoing out concrete we had and then putting in new one giving driveway space to back, to how he laid the decking (with a border), and suggestions for covering underneath.
As a family we are so grateful for this space that he created adding so much joy for us and our pets—we wish we had done this sooner! If we have another major project we undertake we now know who to call.

Communication, quality of work, dedication to schedule, realistic commitments, pricing transparency, flexibility, workmanship, advice, selection and management of subcontractors, planning, coordination with external design consultants... everything is 5 stars. We can say enough about Chris (the owner) and Andy (our PM). Our project involved and unplanned (re)renovation of our finished basement, plus a complete remodel of our master bathroom and master bedroom closet area. The Bicknell team helped us craft a plan and scope that met our needs, communicated clearly about all facets of the project, and tolerated and helped us manage the involvement of our insurance company. Our scope expanded and the targets shifted (as they often do) and the Bicknell squad felt like real partners and advocates through it all. That's really something! We can't say enough about the attention to detail and craftsmanship. No corners cut. Hard work happened almost every day with no significant delays. You might find a cheaper contractor, but you won't find a better one. I'm gushing... but I just can't say enough about this team.

Bath planet sent out Ren to redo my shower. It went from a 3 x 3 to a 6 x 3 1/2. I’m super happy with how it turne Ren did a great job kept my house clean the whole time. Ren was very cautious to make sure he didn’t scratching my floors and walls and he made suggestions that made the job turn out even better. I had picked a few things that I thought would look good and then he had called and told me that that he had some other product at no extra cost just an even swap that would make it even look better and he was absolutely right. Ren knows what he’s doing and you could tell he puts pride in his work. I appreciate that I was able to trust him in my house by himself while I was at work and that means a lot to me so if all the workers are like Ren at bath planet they should be proud, but Ren went above and beyond. Most people would not do thank you to Ren and thank you to bath planet. I’ll add this photo without the glass. Ren will be back to install that.

Our realtor referred us to this company, and we had a great experience working with them to remove a ground wasp nest. Our technician, Isaac, was professional, friendly, communicative, and thorough. We requested a follow-up after a month because it wasn’t clear if the nest was completely gone, and scheduling both the initial and follow-up service was not difficult at all. The office staff are also really prompt and friendly whenever you call.
I had 2 wasp or hornet nests in the door well of my pickup truck. Joshua came out and quickly took care of them and then walked around my house to check for any other issues. He found one and took care of it with no extra charge. He was the best! If I ever again have a need for pest control, I'll definitely call APC.

when I told them I felt the lower night guard they had made was uncomfortable compared to my previous upper night guard they had it remade it for no extra charge. I don't think people should go and expect to get things for free, and I didn't either, but it was a nice surprise.

What a warm and caring dental office. Dr. John Beack is top notch with a gentle hand and genuinely cares about his patients. This review is SO long overdue...many, many apologies for that! I've struggled with neck pain for many years, and Dr. Romney helped me feel the best I've EVER felt during my time there. He was always able to adjust me and used a variety of techniques to help reduce my inflammation, including strengthening and stretching exercises, laser therapy, a neck orthotic, and a massage tool and in-house massage therapist.
I've been to multiple chiropractors in different cities/states, as I've moved out-of-state twice and had to establish care with other practitioners. I can say without a doubt that Dr. Romney helped my pain the most out of any clinic I've attended. I even had a long-time friend comment that the abnormal curve on the back of my neck/shoulder area had gone away!
I am so, so eternally grateful for the compassionate care Dr. Romney and his staff gave not only to me, but to all their patients. I really recommend his practice. He used every tool available to help me with my neck pain and it improved drastically under his care.

Dr. Stillwell is quiet, unassuming and humble. He also knows what he's doing. He has supported me through some difficult back and hip issues, always getting to the root of the issue and helping me feel better. I asked for no manual adjustments to my neck, so he uses a device that adjusts what needs adjusting without twisting my neck. There are chiropractors closer and more conveniently located, but he has earned my trust and loyalty. Highly recommend!
Dr Blackburn is phenomenal. He is more knowledgeable and skilled in his practice than I have ever encountered. My teen daughter’s body has been completely healed and set right, which has changed the quality of her everyday life. For myself, I have been living pain-free of a back issue I had for quite some time.

Best chiropractor care I've ever been to.
After my accident, it was nice to find a chiropractor that actually cares. The massage therapy is actually for injury and the adjustments from Dr. Dang are actually everything your body needs after an accident and the trauma on your body. I highly recommend Dr. Dang, he is professional but also cares about each of his patients needs. The staff starting with the front office is beyond professional, friendly and works with your schedule.

Incredible service with the kindest, most caring staff. The doctor truly listened, addressed every concern, and took all of my worries into consideration.
My dog, Armani, is very anxious, and this procedure was completely new to him — yet the team made him feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. After his dental cleaning and teeth removal, he’s acting like nothing even happened. No pain, no oozing, great appetite, and back to his playful self. I was expecting to have about 5 teeth removed, but they were meticulously checked with x rays and exam and the team removed only 3 as 2 others are actually healthier than I expected.
They also have done a comprehensive bloodwork panel and made sure his health is in a good shape. My dog gets bruised easily, so bloodwork was done very gently and from the back leg as I requested.
I’m honestly in shock at how smooth his recovery has been. Even after being under anesthesia, he is better than ever. I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome and will definitely be back! Thank you team, I am very very happy we found you!
Everyone on the staff is so friendly and kind. My dog needed surgery and they were so kind and caring to him.
They got me in that day and found the issue with my dog. They didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of stuff, and even said they would wait to do the ear cleaning and see if the antibiotics helped. Will be coming here from here on.
Kayla and the front desk staff are amazing. Have had to call several times in the past month for questions and concerns about my new puppy and my older dog. Kayla is always so personal and professional I felt comfortable giving both my animals over to her care. Definitely deserves a raise and would recommend her as a reliable vet tech.

The physical therapists awesome, if the therapist you're working with isn't available any of the others are just as capable. I've been to several PTs, these are the first I feel are actually listening and treating me as an individual rather than a person of a certain age, weight, and health status based on what they see on paper.

Joyce is the best acupuncturist I have been to. She is easy to get an appointment with and her kindness and attention to helping your pain is incredible.
