when I told them I felt the lower night guard they had made was uncomfortable compared to my previous upper night guard they had it remade it for no extra charge. I don't think people should go and expect to get things for free, and I didn't either, but it was a nice surprise.

I just moved to the area about a year ago. Struggled to find a barber that did a great job close by and was flying back to Toronto to get my haircut once in awhile. I stumbled across this place late in the evening and saw they appointments for the next day. Decided to give it a shot and it didn't disappoint. I was asked what I wanted and they delivered with a clean look. Took the time and paid close attention to detail. Definitely will be returning.

Since we moved in the area about 4 years ago i needed to find a barber after living downtown Seattle. I am so glad Doug's Barbershop is conveniently located only 5 miles from our house.
I don't necessarily need a styling, just a good trim and cleaned up about every 4-5 weeks and Doug's serves my needs. As in any traditional Barbershop there are lots of stories to be told, maybe some embellished by both sides (haha), but Doug and Eric are both friendly and personable and they have become an integral part of my life. When I walk in it feels like they have known me forever and they always put a smile on my face. If you want to talk baseball, or any sports for that matter, this is the place. They are a wealth of sports knowledge, but they are definitely love baseball.
Their prices are fair and they are very accommodating to get you scheduled (Tue-Sat). Keep up the great work and I'd definitely recommend Doug's Barbershop to anyone needed a haircut.

I've been coming here for a year or two now to get my nails done. The owner is the manicurist which is nice bc she only schedules people one at a time. I love it considering COVID. She's very friendly and I love talking with her when I'm there while she's doing my nails. She's also okay when I have work meetings I have to take while I'm there. She's also very gentle when doing my mani pedi and gentle when she's taking my nail polish off. I definitely will keep coming back!

I’ve been coming here for years now. Services from eyebrow threading to Brazilian waxes and facials, every service has been quality, affordable and consistent. Rajni takes her time, cares about her clients and is super responsive when trying to book an appointment. I’d had my brows waxed at Gene Juarez for years, then a friend told me to try threading and Rajni’s ability to shape and clean my brows to have them looking like perfection keeps me coming back. Her facials are also wonderful, relaxing, and I love that the products she uses don’t bother my sensitive skin. If you are in the area, I definitely recommending booking with Rose Beauty!!

When I first got there she was very welcoming, but the place it self was very beautiful and different I felt so welcomed and very much impressed. Her energy and talents for cutting hair was very comforting knowing she cares about my hair just as much as me. The results were amazing and loved every second of my appointment. I’ve gone to other sugarist and had bad experiences with estheticians pulling and not being gentle on the skin but Sidney has the best gentle hands ever! Never going to anyone else again, I love how she explains everything throughly, her products are high quality and natural so no harmful chemicals. I’ve also had facials done and she makes sure you are relaxed, everytime I get on her bed I fall asleep, super comfty and warm. Highly recommend!

This was my third visit for sugaring, and I couldn’t be happier. I made the mistake of going somewhere else once due to scheduling, and the experience just didn’t compare, I won’t go anywhere else again. Darian always makes me feel comfortable, does an excellent job, and I’ve never had any aftercare issues here. Her room is cozy with a dark, beautiful aesthetic that makes the whole experience even better.

After putting in a request on Yelp, “I Need a Plumber Now!” was incredibly quick to respond—and Ryan actually arrived before several other plumbing companies even replied.
Once Ryan arrived, he was extremely helpful and clearly determined to resolve the slow drain in our kitchen. He walked us through a few possible approaches and immediately got to work. After some diligent effort using a drain snake followed by his high‑powered water flushing equipment, the clog was finally cleared.
Ryan also took the time to leave us with helpful tips on how to prevent future buildup, especially regarding cooking oils that had hardened inside the pipes. That extra guidance was much appreciated.
Beyond his technical skills, Ryan was personable, friendly, and professional. In this day and age, it can feel worrisome inviting someone into your home—but Ryan is someone I’d gladly invite back for a cookout anytime.

The team at 1st ProService LLC was amazing. We had our upstairs bathroom completely gutted and remodeled, and we also had our downstairs laundry room converted into a 3/4 bath and laundry combo. The quality of work was incredible, the pricing was highly competitive, and everyone was incredibly easy to work with.
They quoted us what we thought was an overly ambitious timeframe—three weeks for the laundry room conversion and one week for the upstairs bathroom—and they hit both targets perfectly. Whenever minor issues popped up, Oleg and Daniel made sure they were addressed quickly. The crew was also fantastic at suggesting styles and materials since we didn't really have a set vision going into it.
Our only slight complaint was that it wasn't always 100% clear when someone would be coming out to the house on a given day, though to be fair, I never asked. If you are looking for high-quality work at a reasonable price, with a crew that works hard to minimize the impact of a remodel on your daily life, I highly recommend 1st ProService LLC!

I had a fantastic experience with Beacon Plumbing! They came out to fix an issue with my washer plumbing, and it turned out the piping was completely backwards and even connected incorrectly to the kitchen sink. Before the repair, my sink was constantly backing up, and my washer wasn't working the way it should.
Jimmy quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and got everything corrected. Now my washer works properly, my kitchen sink drains perfectly, and everything is functioning exactly as it should.
The team was able to come out in a timely manner, their pricing was fair, and communication throughout the process was excellent. Jimmy was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish.

We are extremely happy with how things turned out. We got new carpet and got LVP installed on some of our stairs. We’ve had a month to break it in and everything looks very well done. We took over a month to decide on materials but Anton was super patient with us and very knowledgeable. I’d recommend to a friend for sure

We visited a few places around the area, but ended up going with Intra Flooring based on Aleksey’s knowledge and how helpful he was. When we first visited the showroom, Aleksey was able to answer all of my questions and was very honest about all the products available. He came to measure and provided some samples for us to choose between, he even let us borrow the samples for a few days so we could be sure on the color we were choosing. Once we were decided, he was able to schedule installation quickly. Our installer was on time, very professional, and did a wonderful job. 5 stars isn't enough! We feel beyond lucky to have worked with the Bicknell Builds team. Communication, quality of work, dedication to schedule, realistic commitments, pricing transparency, flexibility, workmanship, advice, selection and management of subcontractors, planning, coordination with external design consultants... everything is 5 stars. We can say enough about Chris (the owner) and Andy (our PM). Our project involved and unplanned (re)renovation of our finished basement, plus a complete remodel of our master bathroom and master bedroom closet area. The Bicknell team helped us craft a plan and scope that met our needs, communicated clearly about all facets of the project, and tolerated and helped us manage the involvement of our insurance company. Our scope expanded and the targets shifted (as they often do) and the Bicknell squad felt like real partners and advocates through it all. That's really something! We can't say enough about the attention to detail and craftsmanship. No corners cut. Hard work happened almost every day with no significant delays. You might find a cheaper contractor, but you won't find a better one. I'm gushing... but I just can't say enough about this team.

Jon and his team had already worked to construct a covered area for my parent’s house and when we loved it and wanted to do something similar he was able to execute on that vision and make it unique so much so that it looks like it was originally part of the house with the same attention to detail for the architecture of our house. Jon is extremely busy so we feel fortunate we were able to get fit into his schedule.
He and his team (Anthony and Joshua) are so thoughtful with their attention to detail and he was able to not only complete the project on time but also within budget. (We did get a competitive quote with a different option which aesthetically not as beautiful as what he and his team constructed nor similar to our house style but for the same budget). He has an eye for how things are supposed to fit together and complement each other from the beams and some being painted and finished with trim , to demoing out concrete we had and then putting in new one giving driveway space to back, to how he laid the decking (with a border), and suggestions for covering underneath.
As a family we are so grateful for this space that he created adding so much joy for us and our pets—we wish we had done this sooner! If we have another major project we undertake we now know who to call.

Bath planet sent out Ren to redo my shower. It went from a 3 x 3 to a 6 x 3 1/2. I’m super happy with how it turne Ren did a great job kept my house clean the whole time. Ren was very cautious to make sure he didn’t scratching my floors and walls and he made suggestions that made the job turn out even better. I had picked a few things that I thought would look good and then he had called and told me that that he had some other product at no extra cost just an even swap that would make it even look better and he was absolutely right. Ren knows what he’s doing and you could tell he puts pride in his work. I appreciate that I was able to trust him in my house by himself while I was at work and that means a lot to me so if all the workers are like Ren at bath planet they should be proud, but Ren went above and beyond. Most people would not do thank you to Ren and thank you to bath planet. I’ll add this photo without the glass. Ren will be back to install that.
Antoni and his crew did an awesome job on my roof! Materials were delivered on a Friday, work was started Monday and they were finished on Tuesday afternoon. They worked efficient, were polite and they did a really good job cleaning up after when they were finished. I went up on the roof when they were done and was very happy with the results. They even spray painted my old rusty chimney vent black so it all looked really nice when they were finished. I am a happy customer and I would highly recommend them!
It's really hard to find great renovation contractors. AT&G Built is top notch. We needed to fix our primary bath due to a shower leak that was clearly causing damage, despite it being only 6 years old. Flippers! Anyway, after going through the usual suspects in renovators, you know the ones with all the marketing and sales people, we finally discovered AT&G. Instead of a salesperson, we got a fantastic project manager named Alissa. So knowledgeable and so easy to work with. We just felt like we could trust her, and we we right. No project is without its bumps in the road, but Alissa was always there every step of the way to smooth them over, even when our own dithering was the bump. The whole crew was fantastic, including Roman (and the other Roman), Bogdan, Ruslan, even the plumbing and glass contractors. Hire these folks with confidence.
They came out to do an appraisal and within a couple of days they where done with the tile work... The tile work looks amazing, and the workers are super respectful. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any construction projects!Services: Drywall repair

My sump pump alarm was chirping, and Revy, the Owner contacted me. He was very nice and respectful. He was very informative and patient as I explained my situation. He didn't want me to worry as he wanted his guys to check it out first. He gave me a verbal quote on an AC pump that turned out to be much cheaper than two other companies that I had contacted. Two of his techs came over and both were very polite and professional. They checked out both my sump pumps and both were doing well however, one only needed a battery in the alarm. This company has integrity and is legitimate. I will be using them in the future to replace any sump pumps issues and I found out they also clean the drains for my perimeter floor drain system in my basement. I would not hesitate using this company.

I started using Light Dental Studio after I moved to Kent, upon recommendation of other members of my family who are patients of Dr Nicole Hsieh. I must say that I am very pleased with my experience at Light Dental Studio, all the way from the receptionist Sydney, to the Dental Assistant Aurora and to Dr. Hsieh. What I value most about Dr. Hsieh is that she took her time detailing my dental issues and explaing my options, and I did not feel pressured into picking the most expensive ones. She has a very engaging and empathetic way to communicate and made me feel like I am in good hands. I also know from my other family member's experiences, that I have made the right move by choosing Light Dental Studio for all my future dental needs.
Pretty good office all around. The main receptionist is really nice and great at her job, the hygienist was friendly and offered helpful advice, and the dentist knows what he's doing and takes comments about issues your having seriously and addresses them. Only complaint is that too many people use this dentist office so they can be pretty busy making scheduling somewhat difficult.

Throughout my experience, it started out fine seeing Doctor,K. And as I kept going, my next start, is becoming stif though the practice of JB.. So, where the massage it helped correct my problem, but every time I went for chiropractor it made it my problems feel the same way again. And so I don't know why I need to be adjusted if massage is helping me. I wouldn't come here. I wanted to put one star and I cannot one
Everyone who works here is so kind and so incredibly understanding. I've had to reschedule and have been late to many appointments and they are so kind about it. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else if you have a busy life like me. They are awesome! They also helped me with a payment plan because my insurance didn't cover everything, and were willing to adjust how much I was paying monthly. My neck and back have already been feeling much better. My last visit to see my chiropractor was back in 2024. In that time their office kept emailing me, texting me, and calling but I was just too busy with work and my hours weren’t allowing me the time to get in. Yet they never gave up or tossed me off. I was finally able to get in and when I called the beautiful lady who answered the phone knew exactly who I was. I was able to schedule a time which I desperately needed. My shoulder was giving me a lot of pain. The Dr spent time working on my shoulder and I now feel like a new person. I’m able to move my shoulder without pain. I’m definitely going back and not waiting another 2 years. Thank you for not giving up on your patients.

This is the best go to chiropractor espicially if you just got into a car accident. They treated me like family, were always there for me and genuninely listened to me. Everyday I went there it felt like a second home, the chiropractors would talk to me throughout the whole procedure, ask me where I was hurting and etc. They also went out of their way to help me with other problems that werent related to chiropracting and just overall being as helpful as they could as if I was their nephew or family. They were super helpful too, I went from feeling super dead and useless like I wouldnt be able to do anything in life anymore hopeless to feeling like I was never in a car accident if anything even better. I had neck pain before my accident already but even thats gone now. Definitely hit this place up, if I were to ever get into another accident im running straight to here. Dr. Stillwell is quiet, unassuming and humble. He also knows what he's doing. He has supported me through some difficult back and hip issues, always getting to the root of the issue and helping me feel better. I asked for no manual adjustments to my neck, so he uses a device that adjusts what needs adjusting without twisting my neck. There are chiropractors closer and more conveniently located, but he has earned my trust and loyalty. Highly recommend!

I’ve seen a lot of chiropractors over the years, and I can honestly say he’s the best I’ve ever been to.
What amazes me most is that he doesn’t just treat where it hurts. He finds the actual source of the problem. More than once I’ve gone in thinking one area needed attention, and he’ll work somewhere completely different, and somehow the pain is gone. His understanding of how the body works is incredible.
His adjustments also hold far longer than any chiropractor I’ve seen before. I used to feel like I needed to go every week or two, but now I can go much longer between visits because my body actually stays aligned.
He’s incredibly intuitive. He can often tell what’s out of balance just by watching me stand or walk. He’s helped me with chronic pain, tight hips, and issues I never would have thought chiropractic could improve. One session even released emotions I didn’t realize I was carrying, which completely caught me by surprise.
If you’re looking for someone who truly knows the body inside and out and is committed to helping you heal, not just giving you a quick adjustment, I can’t recommend him highly enough. I’m beyond grateful I found him.

I’m a terrible patient who comes once a year for sleeping wrong and kinking my neck in knots and they never shame me for barely ever coming in, & even from just once a year I feel SO much better when I leave! Incredible service with the kindest, most caring staff. The doctor truly listened, addressed every concern, and took all of my worries into consideration.
My dog, Armani, is very anxious, and this procedure was completely new to him — yet the team made him feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. After his dental cleaning and teeth removal, he’s acting like nothing even happened. No pain, no oozing, great appetite, and back to his playful self. I was expecting to have about 5 teeth removed, but they were meticulously checked with x rays and exam and the team removed only 3 as 2 others are actually healthier than I expected.
They also have done a comprehensive bloodwork panel and made sure his health is in a good shape. My dog gets bruised easily, so bloodwork was done very gently and from the back leg as I requested.
I’m honestly in shock at how smooth his recovery has been. Even after being under anesthesia, he is better than ever. I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome and will definitely be back! Thank you team, I am very very happy we found you!

They got me in that day and found the issue with my dog. They didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of stuff, and even said they would wait to do the ear cleaning and see if the antibiotics helped. Will be coming here from here on.
Kayla and the front desk staff are amazing. Have had to call several times in the past month for questions and concerns about my new puppy and my older dog. Kayla is always so personal and professional I felt comfortable giving both my animals over to her care. Definitely deserves a raise and would recommend her as a reliable vet tech.

I am so, so happy I was told about Sir Willy's. I have two parakeets, and was told by our local exotic animal hospitals I would have to do a well visit before getting my birds' nails trimmed. Although I love my little guys very much, paying nearly $400 for a nail trim was out of the picture. I went to visit Jessy and Daniel, and they were absolutely what I was looking for. It's very clear these folks adore birds, and they love your pets like their own. They very kindly answered all my questions, and explained the risks/benefits of everything they were doing (to the benefit of my birds, not themselves). I would send anyone I know with birds to them, thank you guys so much!!
Karen took the extra time with our 14 year old Aussie. She gave him breaks so he could relax. She hand groomed him and he looks great. We have been bringing him here for over a year now and this was the best haircut he’s had. Karen is knowledgeable and caring with senior dogs!

Kent Outpatient Physical Therapy has been wonderful! The staff is very knowledgable and supportive. I have been working with them since January doing pre and post surgical exercises for total knee replacement. Strengthening before surgery really helped accelerate my post surgery recovery. I would definitely recommend this group.
Joyce is the best acupuncturist I have been to. She is easy to get an appointment with and her kindness and attention to helping your pain is incredible. I have gone in not able to bend my knee and after one treatment I leave able to bend the knee and the pain is gone. She is highly skilled and experienced.

Amazing experience. Such a well run program. Don is so passionate about performance driving and upleveling us on the roads in general. I didn't realize how much of the morning would improve my general road skills. Pacific Raceways is beautiful and not intimidating. The back stretch has you going through the woods more or less. Would be an excellent event for a driving enthusiast, a teenage driver, or a corporate event. I could see coming back with a work group for a team offsite. Duane was an amazing instructor to work with. Overall just fantastic energy and positivity from everyone involved and I left with a big smile.
I had my theory test here with that I had my 3 leaning lesson with them and instructor had teach me all the laws and he make sure I m following the rules and cleared my test. Highly recommended

Parker, my son, had a great experience at 911 driving school. He has autism and needed an instructor that could be firm and patient and consistent with each drive lesson. Carmen is that instructor. She stayed calm while teaching Parker, and encouraged him as his skills grew each week. She gave specific items to work on and even let me go on a ride along to see exactly how she taught Parker. She really cares about making good drivers, not just passing the driving exam. Delon was wonderful too, for one lesson. He gave Parker great feedback that helped him feel confident that he could pass his drive test. I have two other children that went to a different driving school in the area, and 911 is far superior!
