2024: Tony is still amazing :) my forearm tightness/pain amped up at the end of 2023 & prohibited my work outs & work from home life. Saw Tony & found the root cause & felt dramatically better that day & now have some exercises to gain some strength in problem area. Thanks again - appreciate the HiDef team.2022: Tony is amazing! Saw him for some hip & forearm work. He provided great insight to the source of my discomfort then worked on exercises to create strength in those problem areas. Appreciate the help! HIDEF will be go to for any future PT needs

The team at HIDEF Sports and PT has been incredible. The PTs are very knowledgeable and were able to use state of the art equipment to treat my bicep strain. The app they use helps keep you accountable at home to continue training and treatment. The atmosphere is also unmatched. Instead of a sterile medical office, you are training with other athletes in a gym. I could not recommend HIDEF enough!

HIDEF was super responsive when initially contacting. Everyone I've been in contact with in this facility, including the front desk has been professional and very pleasant.I worked with Zach Collins-Boggins for a couple of months on a neck/shoulder injury. I couldn't manage to do every day tasks, let alone work out and it wasn't getting better on it's own. He seems very knowledgeable and open minded. He is very respectful, eager and understanding. He is patient when going through strengthening exercises and questions.
