We had a great visit! The vet, Dr. Lozano, the techs, and the front desk staff were all friendly, professional, helpful, and clear. The facilities were clean, and most importantly, Martey came back from getting bloodwork happy as a clam. They were upfront about cost before any tests or vaccinations, so there were no surprises. Test results and comprehensive guidance were offered shortly after the visit via email. We'll gladly continue Martey's care here and will confidently recommend the practice.
You all are absolutely the bast. I drive 45 mins to see you for Digby's sake, because I have found no veterinarian in Seattle who gives the attention and personalized care that your practice does. Thank you for being who you all are, the world needs vets and vet assistants like Pacific Heights.
They always take good care of my pups, and their friendly staff is very welcoming. After taking my dogs to a sketchy vet closer to where I live, I would gladly drive farther away to come to this clinic.
