I’ve been seeing Dr. Hughes for a couple months now. Don’t let chiropractic stigma defer you! As a bedside nurse of almost 6 years, my back has seen a lot of wear and tear. I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Hughes, and she has worked wonders for my back. Not only with her alignments, but she’s suggested different things for me to focus on to help with my back pain. She’s very personable and while she takes what she does seriously, she is engaging and caring. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to improve their back health!

Super friendly staff and super flexible! In and out and rarely have to wait much longer than my appt time. Dr Hughes is awesome and clearly cares for her patients. Helped me out with my L&I claim which was a bit of a nightmare. Definitely recommend!

I came to Dr. Hughes' office with acute lower back and neck pain in late September, 2023. My symptoms had been getting progressively worse for more than 10 years to the point I was injuring myself and needing bedrest several times a year. After visiting multiple chiropractors during that time, I was unable to address this. Dr. Hughes did a complete evaluation, including an x-ray, which revealed multiple points of misalignment of my spine and arthritis, which I was not aware of before. Here at Hughes Chiropractic and Massage we are very passionate about our patient care. We are very flexible when it comes to scheduling. We work with our patients to help them understand their insurance policies and what their insurance will cover. We design a treatment plan based on the patients’ needs to get them feeling better. We believe that by getting patients involved in the treatment plan and staying focused on the care that patients will have a better understanding about their treatment. Once the patient is ready the chiropractor will start them on core strengthening and home exercise programs as well. Patients will also learn how to keep their spine healthy and how to continue with care once their treatment plans are completed.
