She always explained what she was doing next and made sure I was comfortable. I loved the result of the curled lashes and darker brows. “This is my first time ever coming here, and I definitely will be back again. Came in for a lash lift & tint and Zoe did such an AMAZING job on my lashes. Generally, my lashes point straight down and the inner ones are pretty stubborn. I’ve gone to multiple lash artists for lash lifts, and none of them have ever focused on my inner lashes

I’ve mentioned this to Zoe, and not only did she reassure me that she will make sure my inner lashes curl, but she even added additional time to our appointment (no extra cost) just in the case we needed more time working on my lashes (didn’t need the extra time!). I went in to M Lashes with a few straggler lashes and low expectations that I’d be able to get a decent set because of their condition.

Mai was so sweet and accommodating, walked me through several options, and helped me choose what would work best for my look / skin and hair.

I walked out with probably my favorite lash set I’ve ever had. Five days later, I’m still shocked by how amazing they look. They literally look brand new.
