Excellent (perfect) service call. He arrived in less than an hour after my request on Yelp. I needed to access a storage room for which I had lost the keys to the deadbolt. He opened the locked door, rekeyed it and provided two keys. He got it all done in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.
Mike is a true professional and craftsman. He went above and beyond to fix our broken cartridge door lock. He was determined to figure out the problem and took the whole cartridge apart and made sure every part was aligned and in good service and his persistence paid off as he restored the 20 year old lock set to like-new condition.
I called Mike over a holiday weekend and he responded immediately. He did a great job rekeying the door to an outdoor storage room and sending me the keys.He snapped a picture of the postage receipt and forwarded it to me along with the invoice. The price was fair and he got the job done on the following day.Definitely recommend using him as a locksmith.
