We had an old metal roof that was improperly installed over old comp which was not vented causing substantial rot to the sheeting. Cesar and his team identified all the problem areas and replaced the rotted sheeting before installing our beautiful new roofing! We love the final result and feel it made a huge impact not only to our home’s longevity but also to its curb appeal. The whole team was professional, courteous, and took care to protect our home and yard during construction.
