We just switched to Renton Vet in June from Banfield as we moved and it came highly recommended by a co-worker. I have a German shepherd and had 3 cats at the time. I was quite pleased with Dr McLean and staff. One of the techs was a “cat whisperer” and easily trimmed all the cats’ nails and drew blood with no stress at all. Sadly we lost our oldest (8) sweet boy to a freak car accident only a few weeks after our intake appointment. The entire staff handled all of the business necessary for a private cremation with the grace, sensitivity and kindness I would expect of a long term relationship instead of only 3 weeks. I would highly recommend this vet. I scheduled an appointment. I did not have a carrier with me but they provided a nice carrier for my cat. I got checked in immediately and waited under 5 minutes for them to see her. They listened and understood what was going on and they provided my cat a full exam, updated shots, and meds for her worms and fleas. They treated the cat gently and lovely. They also gave me information about the worms and fleas which was very helpful. The prices were also surprising as I was expecting more but they were very reasonable. I was in and out about 30 minutes. Thank you for helping my cat be happy and healthy :)
