I sent a request for service, Maria's was fast to grab time to come get me an estimate. I was glad they did the estimate, because it ensured we were on the same page about what I needed cleaned and what my priorities were. I was looking for a one time deep cleaning (after recovering from surgery I feel like I just couldn't catch up with all the little things). Maria came, did the quote and there was no hard sell- just a very reasonable price.The couple who did the cleaning were fantastic- every nook and cranny is spotless, my house has never been this clean! I was recommended by neighbor. I must say that Maria is very prompt and professional in handling our account with her service! The housecleaning do an excellent job. They are very thorough and I greatly appreciate that!Cheryl

Set up day and time by email. Cleaner was great, he was quick. Didn't receive an invoice and a little disconnection at the email about payment. Ways to improve: Letting your client know who will be showing up. Have a method of payment determined before service. Leave a card with contact number for closeout of payment transaction. Ask the client if they would like to schedule another visit at this time.
