Our pest man came back after missing a trap because it was behind something, it was pretty late and I knew he had a long day but he was so friendly and nice about it all. Great customer service!!

100% recommend based off my first experience! We found some concerning signs of a wood boring beetle in our furniture. Sentinel sent out Brandin H for a free inspection of our property. He was super kind and shared great information and helped calm our worries. He had no concerns after taking look around with us and gave us steps for dealing with the furniture that had the concern. We didn't end up needing any treatment for the home, but if we do, we will definitely reach out to Sentinel again because of the professionalism, kindness, and promptness.
