We scheduled our project more than a month out because he is busy, and he started and finished on time. Clear communication throughout the project. This included making sure that we had the right tile and quantities, and that the bathrooms were ready for the work to begin. This made the job go so smoothly. There were no surprises. Chad kept the work areas clean as he progressed through the project. “We had a new master bathroom added in our house and could not be more happy with the work. Shawn and his team did a wonderful job and covered everything thoroughly and professionally from A-Z and more.
From the start of our project Shawn sat down with us to find out what we had in mind and get an idea for what we were going for and what type of budget we expected. We had weekly meetings where we met with the designers at Seabrook Design and Shawn to plan out how we wanted the bathroom to look. In all our decisions Shawn helped to guide us on what options would best fit our space and stay within our budget. It was also really cool getting to see a 3D rendering so we would have an idea of what our finished bathroom would look like.
Once the project got started up we knew we were in good hands. The A-Z team that worked on our project was Kyrone, Connor, and Arlin. They were very professional and did all the work with a level of craftsmanship that can’t be beat. Kyrone kept us in the loop on every update of the project and consulted with us to make sure we knew of any potential changes or updates that needed to be made. They were very respectful of our space as my wife and I were still in the house while they were working. We enjoyed having them in our home and honestly we will miss getting to see them.
After the project was complete they cleaned the space really well, and left our entire house looking better than when they first showed up. “Complete Heating & Cooling replaced our decades old furnace with a newer Rheem furnace that came with a touchscreen thermostat as well as improve the venting pipe system in our garage. We got through our first winter with no problems, which we are grateful for.
The crew showed up on time and completed everything within 1 day. Overall, I think they are a solid choice to go with, and it's nice that they are a local company.

The estimate was very competitive and if anything changed, Greg was really transparent. His communication throughout the six month excavation of our basement (2’ of dirt, more in the crawl space, and redoing our entire foundation) was excellent.
