“We had a pin pile project done back in Spring 2022, and had a wonderful experience working with Greg and his team. Communication was top notch and Greg kept us updated on every step of the project, and answered every questions. One of the most honest company I've worked with and so happy we went with them! They provided the most comprehensive work in terms of prep and finishes, connecting us with geoengineers, etc. Please don't fall for commercials advertising foundation work, the best guys don't need to advertise, they go by word of mouth like Dochnahl. These guys will give you peace of mind, and will follow up to ensure you're happy with the outcome.“

“Mocon is amazing!!! I moved into a new place in the summer and it needed some work, so I’ve worked with several contractors. Mocon has been the best BY FAR. I had 4 companies give me estimates. 2 were general contractors and 2 were fence specialists. Mocon gave me the best bid by thousands. He gave me an estimate quickly.I called him on a Monday to schedule, and the fence was done by that weekend. He originally asked if we could do it on Friday and Monday, but I told him that because I had chickens, I needed it done faster. He said they would come Thursday and Friday instead! It was awesome because I was expecting to have to wait a week.He said they would show up at 9 and they came around 9:10 both days. This was great, because most contractors are always 1 hr + late. They came a little later I think because it was freezing and they wanted to let the ground thaw a bit.When they got here, they went over the project with me and it turned out that there was a miscommunication with them and they thought I wanted a little less than I did. Ron called me within 10 min with the new quote that was still a couple thousand less than the other guys.They worked quickly and quietly, and were respectful of my animals and property. Most of the contractors I’ve worked with drag out and mess around and end up being there the whole day. I don’t really mind, but I don’t like a ton of noise for my neighbors when they get home from work. The crew was gone by 3 both days and stuck to the plan.The fence looks BEAUTIFUL!!! I am impressed and I honestly didn’t think it was going to look so nice.TLDR; Mocon is amazing and I will hire them again when I need to replace my back fence. You should hire them too!“

“Have done two services with these guys. Very courteous and reasonable. Recently had a furnace go do down during cold weather and hired another company as CH did not have techs the day of. They did move the appt up once I conveyed it was an emergency. Even though the other company already came out, I kept my appt with them just in case. I accepted the estimate from the other company (who did not get the heat going) and notified CH to cancel my appt. Anita asked for invoice details and shared her opinions on the cost. Long story short, CH got the furnace going on their diagnostic and we're in talks to replace my 29yr old furnace. The other company's repair estimate was 50% of a replacement. Wild.Note, CH is primarily a phone and email company so exercise a little patience in that regard.“

“We bought a large 4,000+ sq ft house that needed a full remodel, mostly cosmetic, but still a huge job, new kitchen, four new bathrooms, new flooring throughout the house, new roof, some new electrical an a plumbing. Andrey was quick to respond and started our project early. They are all friendly and easy to work with and did an amazing job with the house, my only concern was that clean up was a little bit messy, there were stickers left on outside 2nd story windows so I had to go on the roof to pick those off, some paint scuffs here and there on the floor and drips of stuff on windows. However that wasn't a big deal we can clean that up, the pricing was very fair and the work looks great, and they kept the job rolling, even adding some stuff as we needed it for our home owners insurance. Highly recommend, would absolutely hire again.“

We scheduled our project more than a month out because he is busy, and he started and finished on time. Clear communication throughout the project. This included making sure that we had the right tile and quantities, and that the bathrooms were ready for the work to begin. This made the job go so smoothly. There were no surprises. Chad kept the work areas clean as he progressed through the project. We wanted a change order mid-way through the project (add a shower niche that we had forgotten to include) and Chad was easy to work with, offered suggestions, and was clear on the additional price. The project areas were cleaner after Chad finished than when he started. The tile work looks great and we are very happy. “I have hired John twice now. The 1st time he came out and caulked and painted my "orange" colored door frames upstairs. They look amazing!! Recently I called John to come out for more painting. He finished the exterior painting I had started and painted my bathroom & a bedroom. Both rooms needed some drywall patching & he did a flawless job!!
