“Amazing work. We had our garage renovated into living space which involved plumbing, electrical, framing, siding, hvac, sheetrock, painting, flooring, moving a water heater and added a closet. Everything was very professional from the moment we met with Rotan he adjusted his schedule to come out on a sunday and stayed for almost 2.5 hours to walk us through the whole processes. We got a qoute that day and it was very competative. Yuri was excelent and got the job done faster then originally qouted and kept the work space clean while the project was happening being respectful that we were living in the house. We were very happy with the speed, price and quality that the job was completed. I woukd recommend BBbuilders to anyone.“

“Jose, Alex, and Tony did a complete outdoor overhaul on our home. We had such great experience with them on a past project at our old home, that we were happy to work with them again. They completed a new metal roof, new gutter conversion, siding, paint, carport storage upgrade, exterior lighting, and front porch with railing. They are extremely dependable and so easy to work with. We were also having some electrical work done at the house and they were super collaborative working around the other jobs. “An enthusiastic five stars A++. From the first time we met the owner, Greg, to the very end of the project it’s been an incredible experience, which is a weird thing to say about renovation work! The estimate was very competitive and if anything changed, Greg was really transparent. His communication throughout the six month excavation of our basement (2’ of dirt, more in the crawl space, and redoing our entire foundation) was excellent. He answered every single one of my questions quickly and in terms I could understand. And I cannot say enough good things about the crew led by Barry and assisted by Lamonte. They are incredibly detail oriented, tidy, organized, friendly, and creative with their problem-solving. Anytime there were extra trucks or noise, Barry went and notified every neighbor on the street who also got to know him. There wasn’t a problem that Barry couldn’t solve. “Complete Heating & Cooling replaced our decades old furnace with a newer Rheem furnace that came with a touchscreen thermostat as well as improve the venting pipe system in our garage. We got through our first winter with no problems, which we are grateful for.
The crew showed up on time and completed everything within 1 day. Overall, I think they are a solid choice to go with, and it's nice that they are a local company.

One tip I might offer is to double check if the thermostat that they will install qualify for utility rebates (if any).“

“We brought in Victor to remodel our main bathroom, and we were so happy with the results we asked him to do the second, smaller bathroom. Victor and his crew have amazing attention to detail and were able to make our very creative visions come alive! We had a lot of non-standard details and fixtures, and Victor was always able to figure out how to work with them.

They were so respectful of our home, making sure to cover the floors and clean up at the end of every day. They always came when they told us they would be there and would check in with us if their timing changed. Victor provided a very detailed estimate at the beginning of the job and would let us know at every decision point if what we were going to do would change the cost.

I can't recommend Victor enough to anyone looking to have work done on their home, and can't wait to be able to bring him back for more work!“

I found them honest and they don't pressure you or try to sell you on extras or things you don't need. They are good about getting back to you and answering questions.

Overall their pricing was very fair, and a fair bit under a number of other options I researched. It's clear they don't cut corners so you're getting a good deal for what you pay.“

We scheduled our project more than a month out because he is busy, and he started and finished on time. Clear communication throughout the project. This included making sure that we had the right tile and quantities, and that the bathrooms were ready for the work to begin. This made the job go so smoothly. There were no surprises. Chad kept the work areas clean as he progressed through the project.
