We had a pin pile project done back in Spring 2022, and had a wonderful experience working with Greg and his team. Communication was top notch and Greg kept us updated on every step of the project, and answered every questions. One of the most honest company I've worked with and so happy we went with them! They provided the most comprehensive work in terms of prep and finishes, connecting us with geoengineers, etc. Please don't fall for commercials advertising foundation work, the best guys don't need to advertise, they go by word of mouth like Dochnahl. These guys will give you peace of mind, and will follow up to ensure you're happy with the outcome.

Excellent and honest company, such a rare thing these days!Dochnahl worked on stabilizing and repairing our detached garage, which had settled significantly over the years. We had permits based on plans drawn up before we engaged them, but it was a complex construction with a significant number of pipe piles and multiple grade beams to stabilize the foundation.Even prior to settling on Dochnahl as the contractor, we had a good feeling since Greg went through the exercise of providing both an estimate per the plans, and an alternate estimate which would have reduced construction costs. First of all, LOVE Barry (the foreman)!!! And of course the father and son duo. Greg was always dependable and on time. He's reassuring and sweet. Very happy to work with them. They came reccomended from a highly regarded local lawyer and I'm happy we took that lawyer's reccomdations!This company is full of the sweetest construction professionals with very highest construction integrity.They have a long client list because they're awesome. Surprise they don't have more internet buzz.We waited to specifically work with them for a foundation repair in Seattle. We knew we wanted it to be done right.
