From the initial consultation, the first cleaning, to the ongoing visits. They were professional, efficient and the quality was top notch. They even spent some extra time because of the dog hair. The price is very affordable as well.

We have our home cleaned every other week by The Cleaning Authority out of Bellevue. The teams who show up are always on time, courteous, efficient in their cleaning, and very friendly! They go way above and beyond, and they leave our home looking and smelling so clean! We will continue services every other week, and are considering weekly service just to keep our home as clean as possible with our busy schedules! So happy we contacted with The Cleaning Authority! Fantastic customer service and great work. I was referred to TCA by my neighbor, and I knew I had made the right choice before they ever entered my house. I signed up online, and they followed up by calling me and making sure everyone was on the same page about what work we wanted done. We foster cats and kittens for The Humane Society which means felines are a major feature of our home and required some extra logistics that they were happy to accommodate.
