I just realized I never wrote a review after all these years, and I truly feel I should share my experience with EZ Elopement.

I used EZ Elopement when I first moved to Washington State and was planning my elopement in 2023. I was extremely stressed, overwhelmed, and honestly confused—but finding them felt like a Godsend.

They helped with everything: dress ideas, hair and makeup options, venue suggestions, hotel arrangements in Seattle, and an officiant, Rashad Washington (who was amazing—so smooth and did exactly what I asked ?). Having all that support took my stress level down significantly.

Elizabeth made my bouquet and I absolutely love it—I still have it to this day. It’s so beautiful and well-made. She incorporated the colors of my husband’s and my outfits, as per my request, and wow—it was perfect! I’ll likely use it again for a future celebration years from now.

The photos were stunning. They truly do an incredible job capturing special moments. One suggestion would be to clearly outline the cost of additional photos upfront, as the standard package is limited—but once you see the results, you’ll definitely want more because they’re that good.

One thing to note: they are very punctual, so make sure you arrive on time for photos to avoid losing part of your session like I did ?.

Overall, the service was exceptional. My only real suggestion would be around post-event communication. After everything, it would be helpful for clients to receive a simple closing message summarizing next steps—such as who to follow up with for photos, a clear timeline for when photos will be ready, and a brief note that it was a pleasure working with the client.

In my experience, everything felt so perfect during the planning and event, but afterward it felt like communication disappeared. I sent a heartfelt thank-you message directly to the person who worked with me one-on-one throughout the whole process (my main contact), and received no reply. I also followed up with a simple question about the photos and again received no response. Eventually, I was able to reach Elizabeth, who did communicate with me and provided the information I needed. I truly appreciated that.

That was the only part of the experience I didn’t love—just that lack of response after such a warm and supportive planning process. A simple closing message and clearer follow-up structure would make an already excellent service feel even more complete.
