My partner and I booked a two hour private with Rose to build some knowledge and (maybe joy?) for massaging each other. I thoroughly enjoyed learning from Rose. She asked us what parts of the body we wanted to target and provided info based on what we asked. She modeled and then had us try, making sure to mimic the environment we have available to us (we don’t own a massage table).
I walked away with some techniques but also feeling empowered about the activity in general. I had a preconceived notion that who ever is receiving the massage is the comfortable one and the giving is sacrificing to make it happen. Rose modeled and explained how the giver can make the practice more sustainable for themselves and offered us techniques that had comfort built in.
Rose was patient, present, knowledgable, and clearly skilled. Would recommend! We walked away relaxed, but also closer because we truly did this activity together.

Had several issues hanging around and had Jeremy at Baklinski come out and see to them. He was fast and solved all the problems with minimal fuss. Fixed the toilet instead of replacing all the guts. Improved the disposal functioning without replacing the disposal. Got all the windows opening properly, freeing up painted-shut ones. I had visions of needing to replace them. We're very happy!

I had a project to add a master bedroom suite with a closet above my Single story Garage. Troy and Kate had dropped by to understand our needs. Troy was wonderfull to work with to help me understand what all will be needed for this. He listned to all our requirments and came up with a good engineering and structrural plan with his team. The design and aproval with the City took a little longer but it was worth it.
Once the work started , Colin was our project Manager from Renewal. Colin was very thorough and meticulous with the project. He made sure we had as little disturbance and clutter in and around house while the work was in progress. Colin was great in all the coordination with different crew for various tasks during the entire period of construction and kept us well informed. The work went as planned and completed within our estimated timeline.
Renewal had a very good communication and had all the schedules for various activity up on their site for our project. All the contractors that worked for Renewal were good , courteous and knowledgeable about their work.
I would also like to thank George who dropped by to check how the work was progressing and made sure things were done the right way.

This clinic is run by a warm and highly skilled couple. They combine acupuncture and massage, and the results are great.
My right wrist started feeling uncomfortable last year and I couldn’t do backbends anymore. By mid-this year, my left hand also became painful—both my thum and baby fingers and wrist—and even holding my phone was uncomfortable. I previously went to a well known hand therapy clinic in Bellevue, but wearing a wrist brace long-term only made my hand numb and didn’t fix anything. And their message was also felt like nothing, too gentle and I didn’t find any comfort after messaging. I also had a ganglion cyst which hurts.
A friend recommended this place. On my first visit, they treated the cyst with fire needling. It was a bit painful, but the bump disappeared within weeks and barely left a mark. My friend had hers removed by surgery elsewhere and ended up with a scar, so I was impressed by how effective this treatment was. They also have spa like environment - heat lamps, heating sheet, blankets, disposable covers, and soft background music that makes it easy to relax or even take a nap during acupuncture.
After Dr. Shi’s massage, my wrist felt much more relaxed. With acupuncture plus massage, I improved significantly in just a couple of sessions. I started coming in October, and now I can do backbends again—no more wrist braces.
