Chrystal has been amazing to work with over the past year.. she is always very thorough, attentive and listens to me and has spent extra time researching options to help me and coordinating with my other providers. She is probably one of the most caring providers I've worked with here at Valley.

When I first started seeing David and Amy, I couldn’t stand for more than a few seconds without severe pain. At the same time, I had just begun a scent tracking course with my large dog, i.e. meaning lots of walking, bending, and movement. Over five weeks of PT, David and Amy carefully listened and adjusted my program to strengthen the muscles I needed to meet the physical demands of my daily life and treat my pain. When I was finally able to see a specialist doctor she was immediately willing to give me a referral for PT as I was definitely needing & wanting the help. It ended up being for Lifestyle Medicine at Renton Valley Medical Center. Over my time there I saw mostly David & sometimes Amy and they were both fantastic 😊 it was relieving to get the support, motivation & education that will help me on my path to full recovery 🙏 and will stick with me a lifetime!
