“2024: Tony is still amazing :) my forearm tightness/pain amped up at the end of 2023 & prohibited my work outs & work from home life. Saw Tony & found the root cause & felt dramatically better that day & now have some exercises to gain some strength in problem area. Thanks again - appreciate the HiDef team.2022: Tony is amazing! Saw him for some hip & forearm work. He provided great insight to the source of my discomfort then worked on exercises to create strength in those problem areas. Appreciate the help!
