We had a move-out and move-in cleaning done at two houses. The scheduling, booking and customer service was some of the best that I've seen from contractors so kudos to Oleg for being awesome to work with. I did find that a few obvious spots were missed during both cleanings (B+ grade cleaning), but they made it right with a partial refund/credit for one house and had their supervisor come out to do the fix work the next day on the other house. The bathrooms and kitchens look stellar, it's the small stuff like baseboards, spots on walls, vent registers, light switch covers, and cobwebs that were overlooked in some spots. Today I had my carpets cleaned by A & K. Anton was the technician that did the job. I was impressed by his professionalism and work ethic. He was neat, clean, courteous, and thorough. And he was conversant to boot! The carpets are 7 years old and now almost look like they were just installed. Pet stains, food stains and soiled areas showing normal walk/wear patterns all came out. The price was less than I anticipated and there was no attempt to sell additional services, anti-stain sprays, etc. A very pleasant experience. Heads down the best carpet cleaning company in Seattle Area! My carpets look like new and that's on top of exceptional customer service and super friendly technician Anton. Will definitely recommend A&K Carpet Cleaning to all my friends and family!
