She’s pretty shy at first & was nervous about the pretty big change but Jen was wonderful at making her feel comfortable right away and communicating the process. While they did their thing, I got to enjoy the cozy atmosphere and give puppy dog eyes to Jen’s great dane, Dude (the epitome of cozy on his fluffy bed all snuggled under a fuzzy blanket). After the shampoo, cut, style, and style advice- Jen had my kiddo feeling on top of the world. As we left the shop she asked if they could be her regular barber from now on ❤️
Roxanne always does a great job! She was leaving for vacation and still came in early to make sure and do my lashes and brows before she left!

I stopped by today just to say hello and see how much it would cost for a haircut. I didn't have any cash on me, but Fantastic Cuts is just a few blocks away, so I could walk there sometime when I did have cash. There was a very nice lady there, I am so bad at names I can not remember hers, but she refused to let me leave without giving me a haircut, even though I could not pay today. She was very friendly and gave me a great haircut. I really appreciate it and plan on using this place in the future. I will tell my friends about it as well. Was not expecting something so nice today and it was a stressful day in town shopping so it was VERY appreciated. Any time someone does a nice thing for others it makes me happy, doubly so if it's for me (hehe). I hope others read this and decide to use their services. I plan on making it up to them in the future one way or another, but she doesn't know that and just made me feel better about the human race as a whole. Please if your out on the island and need a haircut consider using them!! They totally deserve tons of customers:)

Fringe is a lovely small and private salon and Angela does a great job with my very long & wavy/curly hair. She is also super fast with foils and makes the whole experience relaxing and comfortable. Recommend.

Overall it’s a great shop with personable and attentive people but I can only vouch for Kelton’s haircuts. I walk out of there feeling ten years younger. No one has ever cleaned up my beard as well

My husband & I both had acrylic manicures and pedicures. Our appt was at 9am, we arrived about 15 minutes early and they invited us in to get started. This is the best manicure and pedicure we have had in many, many months. We live full-time in our RV and travel the county; we have had some good experiences and some poor one. This was by far the very best. Clean salon and work stations, peaceful and quiet...no chatter between the technicians. We can highly recommend and will come back when we are in the Olympia area again. J & j

I purchased her Groupon package based on other client reviews, and I'm SO glad I did! She is a fantastic aesthetician, and both personable and professional. Here I was greeted at the door by Tim, Who was very welcoming. I proceeded to get a pedicure by Helen, who helped me relax, and did a very good job in her massage!! I then got a manicure from Mia Who was patient, kind, and understanding that I wasn’t sure how to explain what I wanted. She explained how certain looks would help with my wide fingers and I got a wider coffin style shaped nail that fits Perfectly!!! I love that the people here listened and explained and help me Figure out exactly what I wanted with a great experience!! I highly recommend!!!

Poonam is the very best! I've been going to her to get my eyebrows and lips threaded for many years and she's so knowledgable and professional. Her threading helps me form the best eyebrow shape and I highly recommend anybody to go to "The Arch Maestro" to get threading done. She's so amazing at what she does that she has a no tip policy. Scheduling with her is so easy and she was so so sweet and understanding when I had to make appointment changes.

Myong is amazing! She listens deeply and able to cut and style hair just the way I asked. She uses non- chemical hair coloring products and my hair felt soft and healthy afterward.
I had a last minute important event to attend, and she was able to adjust her schedule and offered a hair appointment to meet my needs. I can see that she cares deeply and is very kind.

First time Brazilian with Arisha and she was wonderful. I am plus sized (size 20) and I have a skin condition (HS). Melissa and Arisha looked stuff up about it and created a custom after care plan for me. The salon was very clean. I felt super comfortable and never felt ashamed which is funny given the funny positions you're in. All in all I would recommend them time after time!
Lani is so accommodating, and professional. She is completely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. You go away learning about your skin and feeling amazing. I was having issues with redness and small acne breakouts here and there. Lani helped me figure out what was going on and what products would best suit my face.

I went in for a complimentary birthday brow wax. Alicia was my tech and she was so friendly! She explained what she was going to do before doing it. She made sure the wax wasn't too hot. She also said after waxing that she needed to tweeze because I had super fine hairs that the wax wasn't able to get. Once the tweezing was done, she asked if I wanted her to fill in my brows with a pencil. I said yes and Alicia did an amazing job! I want to do my brows how she did them everyday-so inspiring!

I recently got a lucky Chinese cat tattoo at Exile Tattoos in Olympia, Washington, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! The tattooing process took less than an hour, but the quality and detail in the work are outstanding.
My husband and I decided to get a tattoo on a whim, and they fit us right in as walk ins. We first met with Gwen, we was incredibly kind and patient. My husband got the “get what you get tattoo” and he was incredibly happy with the results! Luis, my artist, was super nice and helpful. He paid incredible attention to detail and always checked to see how I was doing throughout the session. His professionalism and skill really stood out, making the experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Got a new tat today with Tommy Smith. Always knew he was an amazing artist but him doing out tats for the first time blew us away. The tats are clean and look awesome. We love the shop it has so much awesome decorations in it and is very clean. It was nice and cold as well which is a plus during the summer. Definitely our new tat place and would definitely recommend. Expect more business coming your way for sure.

I've used this company twice to repair a broken toilet and replace a different toilet. I called them back a few months later to make a minor adjustment (wasn't their fault) and that was handled with ease. They were one of the cheapest options when I solicited bids from other companies. I also appreciated the care taken by the plumber to keep his work area clean. I didn't feel any pressure to upgrade or pay for services I didn't want. In short, I'd recommend them without reservation.

I had a great experience with Plumb Line laying an underground natural gas line. The two employees that did the work were very friendly and shared helpful and informative advice to me regarding other projects. They even repaired my water main line that I personally damaged while digging the trench for the gas line. I only received one other quote for this job and it was from a company that was highly recommended to me from three separate individuals, however Plumb Line was about 20% cheaper. I’m glad I went with Plumb Line, they did good work and I saved some money.

I ran into a worker by the name of Maco that was working with his crew and it was 95 degrees and these guys were working on impressive landscaping in the heat! My goodness how determined are these guys. I normally don't leave to many reviews, but I had to in this case. Incredible landscaping. I had reached out to Josh about 2 years ago and he was so nice and kind back then that when I was actually ready to do the job he instantly came to mind. I paid a little more than originally quoted but I still thought it was a fair deal considering. His company did the most awesome job for us. They came out and within a few hours all of our annoying blackberry bushes were gone. Like gone gone. I was so shocked when I saw it that I can't not just go out and stare at it. I know those bushes were pushing on the neighbors fence and it was stressing me out. The price was so spot on and perfect for what they did. I'd recommend this company any day for anything they offer. Once I said yes to the job he made it happen in the perfect amount of time. The first time I visited, Dr. Tim took me as a walk-in. I was in a lot of pain. Neck, leg, lower back. I came back a couple of times a week for the first few weeks. However, within the first adjustment I was feeling better. He is empathetic and professionally skilled at adjustments. I live in Eugene Oregon and I have not found a better chiropractor. Needless to say I try to get up here at least once a month for him to keep me in shape and see a massage therapist in between. He also has a sense of humor, you won't be sorry you chose him.
I came in with a locked neck, unable to turn my head, and left finally able to move again after a long time in pain! Dr. Vince is great at what he does. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I love oly cats. They take great care of my cat. She's pretty scared of everything, but they always handle her with care. They have always cared more about what is best for my cat than making an extra buck. At first, I was put off by their new rule about charging before going, but sounds like they had no other choice because people did not show to their appointments. I took my sweet boxer, Lucy, to Dr. Bob and I will never forget how much he and his sweetheart daughter, Vikki, helped her. Gosh, it was about 14 years ago now, but their kindness and love never left me.My Lucy was rescued from a puppy mill, she was a mom who'd been forced to breed far too much. She had a myriad of struggles and Dr. Bob walked me through them all.At one appointment, my POTS acted up, and I accidentally fainted while in the clinic. Vikki picked up my little 3 year old daughter and sang to her while I came to, brought me water and a muffin, and kept her calm. Meanwhile, Dr. Bob kept caring for Lucy.They made sure everyone was safe and taken care of.The awful day that I had to let Lucy go, Doctor Bob stayed with Lucy and I. I was unable to speak, and struggled to do anything other than rub her sweet ears and cry. He understood that and talked with her about the beautiful rainbow bridge it was time for her to cross. How there was a nice little stream with water that was good to drink and how there was lots of grass to play in. She could chase squirrels and the sun was always shining. He essentially walked her home with me. I still hear his voice comforting us, and when my soul aches for her, I remember where my Lucy girl is.He also was my kitty's doctor from the day I brought her home for 10 years. She's been around since before Lucy. She is still spry and healthy and I attribute that to her excellent health care for the first half of her life and the advice Dr. Bob gave me about proper kitty care. She's 17.5 years old.If I still lived in the state, Dr Bob would be the only vet I would ever use.He really truly loves the animals he helps. I'll never be able to thank them enough.

Evergreen has been my veterinarian for almost 5 years now and has been the Vets I have ever had. They are all great,The technicians also. Samantha and Donna at the front are very nice and caring. Dr Rosie is my main Veterinarian. She is an excellent surgeon also. Thank you Dr Rosie for guiding us and giving our Obea more quality of life and helping us in such a loving compassionate on aiding her to gross over the rainbow bridge to run free again. You loved her so much. I experienced this all my life and never easy. You made it peaceful and cried with us. The chocolate kisses made it special. I love you all. Boulevard Animal Clinic is the best. Best Vets, best support staff. In 56 years of pet ownership we have never had Vets that are so caring. Dr. Braun takes the time to talk with us, discuss our concerns and discusses appropriate treatment. After he performed surgery on our dog he took the time to call us and give an update on her condition and the support staff followed up with how she was doing the following day. I can't say enough good things about the clinic.
I’ve been taking my pets to this clinic for years and I always have left confident of the care they were provided. Staff is kind and helpful and I appreciate they explain well what’s the care plan and cost of my furry babies treatment.
My dog Marlee needed to see a veterinarian for a hematoma in his ear flap. I called several vets in the Shelton area and none of them were taking new patients. I think veterinarians should consider revaluating their policy and procedures when new patients are concerned.
They looked at our kitty and dis extra tests. Made sure we understand everything we needed to do.
I was immediately impressed! I found a wounded kitty on the side of Steamboat Island Road who needed immediate help. It was almost 6pm on a Friday eve. I drove there and the door was locked, but I knocked anyway. Two very friendly techs answered the door. I explained the situation and they could see how upset I was. Even though they didn't have a vet there, they took the kitty in and told me they would make it comfortable until the vet could examine him in the morning. I was so appreciative of their professionalism and compassion!
I had an exceptional experience with Mandy! She provided top-notch grooming services for my dog, leaving him looking and feeling fantastic. Her attention to detail and care for the animals is truly commendable. I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a skilled and caring groomer. Five stars all the way!
I love this little grooming salon so much!! They have fantastic customer service and always return my calls quickly if they can’t answer right away. When I got my pup from his previous family, I was told he’d had some issues with grooming which I let happy paws know of when I booked his first appointment. They said it shouldn’t be a problem and booked me with Ashley. She said she had no issues from him, gave him the cutest haircut and even got him to sit for a holiday photo on his first appointment! She’s been keeping up his cuts ever since, about 2 years now and I won’t go anywhere else! She did such a great job with not only his hair, but his prior issues were not a problem at all. He gets so excited when we get there now! Ashley also checks in every appointment to see if I want something different and does it perfectly. Thanks y’all!

Sunny is the best groomer! You can tell she cares so much about her clients. Luna and Harlee always look adorable and are so proud to wear their bandanas.

My little guy Mickey can hardly wait to get out of the car when we arrive. Carrie does a fantastic job on him, he always looks so cute and clean. Also I love that the dogs get to socialize, nobody is in a crate. During the Christmas season Dave takes a holiday picture of your best friend and post's it, so you can have that beautiful memorie. You won't be disappointed in this place.

Barb is amazing and her office is very comfortable. I was surprised how in depth she went regarding my overall personal health and health history to understand what was going on with me. She spent more time than I expected investigating the reasons why I was experiencing my headaches. She reviewed everything from my current activities such as work and home daily routines and past activities or injuries. I was really impressed.
Her office was very clean and relaxing. I had not had a massage in the past and had zero idea of what to expect. 24 hours later I am still feeling the results of my neck and upper back being significantly less tense, (even after a fairly stressful work day).
100% recommend and look forward to my next appointment.

Jessica is a well trained masseuse. I suffer from numbing and tingling fingers and from pain in my neck and shoulders from years of labor intensive work. I did the therapeutic massage which is her highest cost massage and it was the best I've ever had. It was intense pressure but it's what my body needed from years of pain. If you know what you're getting into and going to suffer some slight discomfort from the intensive pressure you'll know that you're causing healing in those painful spots. I'll definitely be back and recommend to friends and family.

Epic IS epic! We are sad to have completed everything because we shall miss the fine souls at EPIC. My daughter had major foot surgery and we made the best choice imaginable by continuing her therapy here. We shall cherish this gentle time of healing in a vibrant atmosphere.
