This was my first experience not only at Ethereal Muse, but also my first experience with getting my brows shaped and tinted, legs waxed, as well as an acne facial! Maddy did such a great job explaining everything to ensure I was comfortable, and made my experience amazing. I felt like a whole new person afterward! Her scalp and neck massage add on was worth its weight in gold as well! From being greeted at the door with refreshments, to leaving with refreshments and a goodie bag, my entire experience was wonderful with the friendliest staff. I hope to become a regular here!

I felt compelled to write a review because when I was in to pick up my clothes, there was a really rude customer… and I felt like the review they might write would paint a really unfair picture. I hate seeing small, local businesses get treated this way.
We’ve brought in a bunch of bridesmaids dresses to get hemmed last year and they nailed it. The hemming was flawless and the perfect height. We’ve gone back since for suits and other formal stuff, and everything always comes back clean quick. It’s been under new management for about a year now and you can tell…things feel more organized and smooth. The owner is really sweet and easy to work with, which makes a big plus. We love supporting local spots like this and will definitely keep coming back. I would honestly ignore old bad reviews. Not fair to the new management!

I have fine wavy/curly hair and am growing out my natural color after nearly 2 decades of blonding. I’ve struggled to find a good balance between quality and price in Olympia, but OlyCurl delivers. The initial cost is pricey, but it includes a lot of information and training. I like that they offer bang trims for $8 that you can do in between full on cuts. All of the products that were recommended to me were the same price as what I was paying for my hair products from Ulta (which claimed to be good for curls but had a lot of hidden, harmful additives). I also double checked their product prices against the manufacturers websites, and they don’t upcharge at all! Since my haircut, I’ve had less shedding, more curls, and spend less time and heat styling. I was initially worried about getting a curly cut since my hair is usually wavy at best, but they made me feel very comfortable and like I was in the right place! They really emphasized being proud of one’s own hair texture and not comparing to others.

Royetta did a great job retwisting my wicks and cutting my hair this week! It's business as usual: she's my go-to person for haircuts and styling.
She started my wicks (by bundling my locs) last month. A consummate professional, she made a point of letting me know that the appointment would be more painful than usual. That way, when she did restart my wicks, I wasn't surprised by the pain.
Every time I come to see her, she makes great conversation while she performs her craft. Come to see her and you'll leave looking good!

Clean lines, lined up beard trimming, offered perfect amount of conversation that was not pushy in any way to make the whole experience comfortable.
Atmosphere is very laid back low stress, comfortable enough seating area if needing to wait, and a very short walk from the parking spaces.
Call to make reservations will make the transaction much smoother, does take card for payment as well.

My husband and son have been coming here for over five years, and even though I haven’t met this barber in person yet, his work speaks for itself. Every time they come home, their haircuts look phenomenal.
We recently brought in our one‑year‑old for a trim and then his first big‑boy haircut, and both turned out exactly as we requested. I’m genuinely impressed by his skill and grateful for the way he’s helped my older son overcome his fear of haircuts (Although he still has a fear of water lol). He always tells me how great the barber is at distracting him and how much he enjoys their conversations.

So I tried this place out today for the first time and was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the large waiting area. After a wait of maybe 2 minutes- I sat in the chair and explained that I wanted to be just barely above bald. The Barber understood my request and gave me an outstanding haircut and eyebrow trim. Then I received a complimentary back massage with some machine for I think 30 seconds or so. It felt amazing!! It all costs me $15- but I just gave her a $20 bill and told her to keep the change. Both barbers in here were friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the atmosphere and service. I have definitely found my new barbershop!
Easily the best haircut service I ever got. I have curly hair so I’m naturally picky with where I go, and I have absolutely no regrets with The Refined Man. For only $60, I not only got my hair shampooed and conditioned with a hot towel, got a great haircut, but the customer service was impeccable. I can’t remember her name, but she had shorter black hair. Give her a raise!! Super engaging, funny, and made time fly by throughout the service. Thank you guys, I’ll definitely be back!

I have severe arthritis and Kelly was very gentle! Two months out from foot surgery and she was careful. I did not have one painful moment. You need to make an appt, but it’s worth it. Kelly is now my nail person. Shed’s also very kind.

I have always been very pleased with my experiences at Modern Nails. I started coming here this year and I have never looked back at another nail salon. They execute my expectations perfectly. No matter the design.
I came in today as a walk-in and asked for sharp nails that looked like a weapon. My nail tech spent good time perfecting the shape and how sharp they were while making sure I was comfortable and regularly checking if I liked the look. Once we were done they offered to take the pictures for me. I am very happy with how they came out and I love how sharp they are. Staff are talented, always polite and accommodating. Have had incredible experiences here for years. My nails usually never hold acrylics for longer than a few days but sets from here last me for weeks! For my most recent set I showed them a picture and the design was replicated almost perfectly. High quality, great customer service, and reasonable pricing!

Walk-in welcome. I did call before hand if there was an availability for a Mani/Pedi. Just a heads up whatever package you ask for they will try to upscale you to the next tier. They did talk me into the most expensive pedicure but i was spoiling myself too I didn't mind. Not sure if I'd get the gel package it felt kind of weird just an FYI. Not 100% satisfied with my designs. My pedicures did an excellent job with my base color and a so-so on my design. On the other hand my manicurist was the opposite. Madison has been my hairstylist since last summer. I see her every 6ish weeks since I started seeing her and I’ve been happy with my services every time. I’ve had one incident that I wasn’t totally happy with the outcome (nothing serious, just missed some grays) and she fixed it immediately and graciously. She’s super down to earth and easy to talk to about literally anything, while also remaining professional. I love her personality and how she listens to what you want and shares with you what she thinks is best for the health of your hair if you’re someone with compromised hair quality. She’s very accommodating. I like the small and personable studio space she works out of, it really takes away that snarky vibes some salons have. The space is small but imo it is accessible to people who may have mobility issues.
I’ve honestly never seen a hairstylist this many times in a row, I feel like I’ve finally found my permanent hairstylist with Madison. I really feel like I can be myself in her space and I am always happy with the results. I trust her judgment and skills knowing what’s best for my hair. I highly recommend her.

I booked a nail and brow appt. the morning of an event, so I came in as a bundle of nerves. However, I left feeling completely at ease with how wonderfully the appointment had gone! I gave her a slight idea on where to start for my nails, but told her to do whatever she wanted, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! They got complimented within ten minutes of leaving! I was offered some refreshments at the beginning, and so I got to enjoy a cup of hot tea for my early morning nails. She takes her time to perfect her craft, and does not charge by the hour. You’re not rushed in and out, to get in as many clients as possible, in comparison to many other salons I’ve been to. You will not feel like a transaction, you will feel like a guest :) she puts her time and care into what she does, and I will 1000% be returning!

I found Jill Lynn during my wig journey. I was looking on youtube for wig reviews and found her videos. I truly love how she goes indepth on her wig videos and shares her experience and knowledge on how to wear them and how to style and take care of them. I also enjoy her makeup videos and tips. And I really enjoy her Sunday vlogs. She is such a sweet and kind lady.
I have tried other lash and beauty places. Nobody compares to Khane and her team. With lash extensions, she carefully creates the perfect lash design for your eye type. She really is an artist. She is very patient and attentive. I have went to other beauticians and nobody has more attention to detail than Khane. I also get my brows tinted with her. I have seen her and her students work with microblading and lashes and it always looks phenomenal. I wouldn't trust another artist with anything to do with my eyes. She has always been super friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She is super driven and I'm super excited to see the future for her and her business. She is very dependable, and has always gave the proper amount of notice if she needed to cancel. The one time she did cancel she did because she was sick, which was the responsible thing to do, and she always fit me in soon after. Khane is by far the best artist in Thurston County!

I did the first time free eyebrow wax and had an amazing experience. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I loved chatting with my waxer during my appointment. They shaped my slightly chaotic regrowth from shaved brows growing back wonderfully. I wanted thin brows and I really appreciated that my waxer let me check in on what she had done and decide if I wanted to go thinner or not. I love how they turned out. I was a little worried that because it was a free service that there would be some pushy sales afterward, but my waxer just suggested a product that fit a need I had and showed me where I could find it if I wanted it. I will definitely be returning for other waxing services!

This is a wonderful little spot. My sister and I have been seeing Heather for YEARS, before she opened her own day spa. It is so cutely decorated and peaceful in here, and Heather is SO sweet. She really takes care of her clients. She's been in the field a long time so her appointments are quick and efficient, but thorough.
There was a mix up with my appointment so I could not see my regular stylist. However, the front desk staff was very apologetic and helpful and got me in with another stylist who did a great job. Their system is wonky so if you are driving a distance like me, double check the appointment before heading out. Don’t trust the text message, call them to confirm.
A coworker recommended this salon to me after a Bellevue salon absolutely fried my hair. I called them in tears and Jen, the owner, assured me that Mike, a master colorist, could help me. She even asked Mike to squeeze me in that afternoon, which he did. That was a snowy winter day 6 years ago and today I can say that my hair has never looked better, thanks to Mike!!

I can't recommend Vanessa enough. I have been tattooed by her 6 times and she's done an excellent job every time and is overall just nice to be around. She can turn your weird sketch into a piece of art, something that exceeds your expectations. One time I started feeling nauseous during an appointment and she was nothing but caring and prioritized my wellbeing. My 65 year old mom who has no tattoos even says 'your tattoo artist does such nice work, she is so talented' when I show her my new tattoos from Vanessa.
Booking with Olympia Tattoo co is very easy, they are very communicative and will send text reminders for appointments. The studio is clean, easy to find, has plenty of street parking, has a good bathroom. Everyone that works there seems nice and professional and it has a welcoming atmosphere.

Originally I purchase my wife a gift card for my wife to get a pretty specific tattoo that was very special to her. I was kinda of nervous as I did my research that I would pick a tattoo artist whose style aligned with the design she had in mind. Travis nailed it! I was so impressed and my wife was absolutely thrilled with how the tattoo turned out. We went back to get small matching tattoos for our son. Justin came right over, the same day that I called, to check out the problem on my property. He was able to fit me in to his calendar pretty quickly. Although it had already been a long day for him at another job, he and Marty came out in the evening and stayed until they figured out the problem and fixed it. They were really helpful and nice when I asked questions. It was a tricky detection and I think I can say it was an even trickier repair, but they did it quickly and efficiently.

Had a clogged main line to our septic that caused a back-up into our laundry room, so needed to have our clean out snaked. This happened once before, years ago, so I knew what the problem was and called Roto-Rooter. This was at 6pm, and our technician arrived in about an hour. Jerromy understood immediately what the problem was was, and had it fixed within an hour. He was very easy to work with and competent, and if this happens again I'll call Roto-Rooter again, no question.

We were very pleased with the two gentlemen that helped us with a new hot water tank. They made a recommendation initially for a very functional but more reasonable system than another company proposed. They also checked out our plumbing under the house, and told us some shortcomings but did not recommend any work at this point.. Another company proposed that everything under the house, be replumbed. And that would’ve been very very expensive. We appreciated the friendliness, their professionalism and their integrity. We would not hesitate to use them again, and would highly recommend them!

I had plumb line come in to fix a leak today. They were quick friendly and reasonably priced. I paid under $200 for the service. I had them install a tub surround and a shower (separate units and it was $7000.00. I had other companies bid the same job for $10,000 more than plumb line. I also had that other company fix a repair just like I had done today, and Olympic plumbing technologies charged to 3 times what I paid today. Thank you for being fair and honest especially before Christmas.
First of all, communication with their office was fast, clear, and efficient. They texted me to let me know that the technician Sean was done early on a job and would be coming over in a few minutes. When he arrived, he was polite, concerned about our floors (ready to use shoe covers and mindful about tracking dirt/debris in). He explained the potential problems very well, and kept me informed as he worked through potential solutions. He even taught me (because I asked out of curiosity) about how some of the parts worked to keep my AC running. Sean quickly and efficiently fixed the unit and worked to even improve it (leveling and stabilization) beyond how he found it. I would recommend Sean and Capital to any/all of my friends and neighbors. Obviously a good company with good people and excellent customer service!
I called Veterans Electric because I was replacing a ceiling van, but the wiring in my house did not look correct to me. The electrician promptly arrived for my appointment, and did some troubleshooting and found out that the wiring was correct per the year that my house was built. The electrician explained everything to me as to how to finish wiring up my new ceiling fan! I was able to easily finish the installation of the ceiling fan! I would highly recommend Veterans Electric as the electrician that came out was excellent!

My wife and I recently used Shocking Difference to have an outlet and smurf tube placed above our fireplace mantel as well as a whole home surge protector installation and we were very pleased with them! Dr. McDonald and his team have taken great care of me over the years, especially after I lost a front tooth in a soccer accident. The implant process was smooth, and I always felt informed and supported.
At a later visit, Dr. MacDonald noticed that the cosmetic result of the implant wasn’t as aesthetically pleasing as it could be. He offered to improve it, free of charge. I was pretty shocked, but also grateful. He replaced the crown and carefully customized the color and detail so it blends naturally. The difference is incredible.
His attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out. I’m getting married soon and feel completely confident smiling in my photos…priceless! I’m very grateful for the care and professionalism at this practice from everyone. Highly recommend!

Dr. Steve Sandifer is amazing at feeling exactly where your issues are and he fixes them. Grace Sandifer is a Detailed Rehabilitative Massage Therapist and also figures out exactly where your issues are and fixes them. Can’t recommend them both enough. I got the laser therapy after a car accident, and that was also great! The receptionist is friendly and welcoming and everyone provides excellent service. They also have nutrition and special health products. Love this place!

I also have a very busy schedule, so it is nice to have a chiropractor that I can run in and see when its convienient. I am very grateful for all of the care provided by Dr. Soran. More people should explore the science & abilities of a chiropractor. All of these issues at a doctors clinic would be multiple xrays, visits, referrals, and tons of money, when chiropractic is strait to the point, no extra radiation, no pills, no run around. just direct and strait to the point care. I highly recommend this clinic!

She takes the time to listen, explains what’s going on in plain English, and treats you like a person, not a number. Her care is thoughtful, conservative, and incredibly effective. I’ve had less pain, better movement, and more confidence in my health since seeing her.

My dog lost her left eye to acute glaucoma. It was sudden, her vision was gone and hereye had to be re.oved and was, by a different ophthalmologist. With the right eye at risk, I wanted her to be seen by an ophthalmologist who would do everything possible to save her vision so I made an appointment with Dr. Brantman. She was very thorough and made sure I understood the emergency protocol should my girl's situation require it. A few days after our initial appointment, I thought I saw some changes in my girl's eye. I was able to contact the office and get advice in a timely manner. Medication changes were made and we were seen back in the office 2 days later. My pup's eye stabilized and we will be followed closely. I'm so impressed with Dr. Brandon. She is wonderful, compassionate, clearly highly capable and very dedicated.
They've been taking care of our horses for a long time and provide excellent service. Typically they come out to our place but we had to go out to this address to pick up some meds for one of the horses.
I was immediately impressed! I found a wounded kitty on the side of Steamboat Island Road who needed immediate help. It was almost 6pm on a Friday eve. I drove there and the door was locked, but I knocked anyway. Two very friendly techs answered the door. I explained the situation and they could see how upset I was. Even though they didn't have a vet there, they took the kitty in and told me they would make it comfortable until the vet could examine him in the morning. I was so appreciative of their professionalism and compassion!
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Cheddar requires special handling and they make the exam fear free and safe for everyone.
I took my sweet boxer, Lucy, to Dr. Bob and I will never forget how much he and his sweetheart daughter, Vikki, helped her. Gosh, it was about 14 years ago now, but their kindness and love never left me.My Lucy was rescued from a puppy mill, she was a mom who'd been forced to breed far too much. She had a myriad of struggles and Dr. Bob walked me through them all.At one appointment, my POTS acted up, and I accidentally fainted while in the clinic. Vikki picked up my little 3 year old daughter and sang to her while I came to, brought me water and a muffin, and kept her calm. Meanwhile, Dr. Bob kept caring for Lucy.They made sure everyone was safe and taken care of.The awful day that I had to let Lucy go, Doctor Bob stayed with Lucy and I. I was unable to speak, and struggled to do anything other than rub her sweet ears and cry. He understood that and talked with her about the beautiful rainbow bridge it was time for her to cross. How there was a nice little stream with water that was good to drink and how there was lots of grass to play in. She could chase squirrels and the sun was always shining. He essentially walked her home with me. I still hear his voice comforting us, and when my soul aches for her, I remember where my Lucy girl is.He also was my kitty's doctor from the day I brought her home for 10 years. She's been around since before Lucy. She is still spry and healthy and I attribute that to her excellent health care for the first half of her life and the advice Dr. Bob gave me about proper kitty care. She's 17.5 years old.If I still lived in the state, Dr Bob would be the only vet I would ever use.He really truly loves the animals he helps. I'll never be able to thank them enough.
Evergreen has been my veterinarian for almost 5 years now and has been the Vets I have ever had. They are all great,The technicians also. Samantha and Donna at the front are very nice and caring. Dr Rosie is my main Veterinarian. She is an excellent surgeon also. Thank you Dr Rosie for guiding us and giving our Obea more quality of life and helping us in such a loving compassionate on aiding her to gross over the rainbow bridge to run free again. You loved her so much. I experienced this all my life and never easy. You made it peaceful and cried with us. The chocolate kisses made it special. I love you all. My soulmate of 13 years started to decline. Navigating our vet and emergency vet brought on a lot of loneliness as symptoms were a little vague and they’re so busy. We landed at OVS oncology thinking we’d lose her that day based on her worsened condition and X-rays. The team were immediately warm and comforting which was absolutely incredible despite my relentless feeling of doom.
She went through a scary situation some hours later. Dr. Parshley contacted me immediately with digestible information on what happened, next steps, and possible outcomes. You can tell when people put their entire soul into their craft, and this office is full of those people.
They have been such a bright spot in one of my most frightening moments and have made so many hours hanging in the unknown comfortable. You don’t get many vet experiences like this and I’m extremely grateful.

Sunny is the best, she has been grooming our dogs for over 10 years, she is detailed, attentive and gentle, she has a special way with dogs, both Sydney and Lola love visiting Sunny, on Sydney’s visit today at her grooming appointment,she was so excited to see Sunny, she ran to Sunny with her tail wagging and full of excitement she was so happy to see Sunny that she had a small piddle on the floor. Now that’s the best review a dog can give.we are so grateful that Sunny is our groomer,we know our pets are loved and cared for when they are with her.

Love love love this place. Dawn and Rachel put in the work. They massage better than anyone I know by far. I was in a crash and my muscles and nerves are so bad but since seeing them I went from level 9/10 pain to 3 now in less than a year. They do sports meds massage on me and Gua sha and use hot stones, tools, and hands to break up the tissue and knots. I also let them do cupping and love it. The pain tolerance I have is even stronger and I love it because it helps so much instantly. As long as I’m hydrated I’m good. The first night after a massage is usually most sore but also you’ll adjust. They are so great. Had my boyfriend go too and he came out smiling and so happy. We love our experiences there. So professional and great. I’m shocked at their strength to do that all day multiple days a week and be so kind. Thank you! We will be back!
Sharon is such a sweet and wonderful person, very easy to talk to and she knows the body so well. The intra-oral massage is intense but it is so worth it! She made me feel so relaxed and i felt lighter as i walked out. As the others have said her pressure is good and consistent.

We started off by chatting about areas to focus on, a bit of chit chat, then we got right down to business. The massage was so good I fell asleep on the table several times and felt relaxed and glowing hours afterwards.

She is knowledgeable, professional, and comes to the goal of improvement with a positive attitude that I have needed during my more discouraged times. First time coming to dr gianna not new to acupuncture but I just want to start by saying this was my first time ever feeling heard and my body actually felt so relaxed never have I ever been able to dose off during acupuncture and let my mind just let go the session was so amazing my mind and body felt so relaxed she was so sweet compassionate and her office felt so relaxing from the minute I stepped inside it felt like a calming safe place away from all the noise its a shared space but very private I would and will recommend her to everyone I know

Ms. Kaitlyn Unger was my drive instructor and I always loved how she was so chill and relaxed on my drives, which always made me feel less stressed about my drives, and always talked me through everything but in a way that felt like she was helping and guiding me instead of criticizing me.
This was the only school where I passed my driving test. I failed twice at another school, and that experience left me feeling discouraged because I faced a lot of judgment there. The instructor at this school, however, was quiet, patient, and supportive, which made a big difference. I’m really grateful for that. I passed my knowledge test on the first try and my driving test on the first attempt here. This school gave me hope, confidence, and a fresh start. Thank you to the school and to whoever tested me on April 8 for giving me the opportunity and believing in me.
