“For the past 14 years, we’ve been coming to Boulevard, and I can honestly say they are absolutely the best. Over the years, Sarah, Dr. Braun, and the entire team have taken such amazing care of our animals, and we couldn’t be more grateful for them.
We recently had an emergency with one of our dogs, King, over the weekend when the clinic was normally closed. Even though it was his day off, Dr. Braun went completely out of his way to call, check in on us, and make sure we were able to get King the prescription and care he needed. That meant so much to us and really showed how much they genuinely care about the animals they treat and the people who trust them with their pets.
Sarah, one of the technicians, has also been taking care of my cat Boots, and she has always been incredibly helpful, compassionate, and professional. She takes the time to answer questions, explain things, and make sure we feel comfortable with everything going on.
After 14 years of coming here, one of the things I appreciate most is that I’ve never once felt pressured into unnecessary procedures, tests, or expenses. They have always been honest, transparent, and focused on doing what is actually best for our animals. That kind of trust is incredibly important, especially when your pets are such a big part of your family.
Boulevard is a small local business, but they treat you like family, not just another patient or another number. You can tell that the people who work here genuinely care about what they do, and that level of compassion and personal attention is something you don’t find everywhere.
