The Bandha Room and its instructors are amazing. The space is uplifting, centering and clean, and the instructors are the real deal! They're dedicated, knowledgeable and all around outstanding. I appreciate the different class levels offered, but the Mysore morning practice is my favorite. I began learning Ashtanga at the Bandha Room by signing up for an immersion course where I practiced the primary series poses and breathing techniques. Yoga at the Bandha Room can be gentle or intense, you decide how much to push yourself. I truly can't say enough about the Bandha Room. It's the only legit yoga studio I've practiced at. I highly recommend the Bandha Room and its instructors!
