This happened once before, years ago, so I knew what the problem was and called Roto-Rooter. This was at 6pm, and our technician arrived in about an hour. Jerromy understood immediately what the problem was was, and had it fixed within an hour. He was very easy to work with and competent, and if this happens again I'll call Roto-Rooter again, no question.“
