“We had a pipe begin leaking at a valve after the cold snap even though there weren't signs it froze. All the local plumbers were full up and we needed help quickly. They sent Scott, who was very honest about the risks with our old house, that the pricing is mid- high, and gave us some general estimates on doing the remaining work our house needs. He was able to successfully fix the pipe despite the risks, install a nicer valve and give us a heads up on any upcoming problem areas. Much appreciated.“
