We had a very tough drain blockage challenge and asked Justin to consult. He came by the next day and spent an hour with us reviewing the complex situation and offered excellent professional advice. We had a leak but weren't sure of the location, just knew we could hear water running. Justin was recommended to us by Springer Plumbing and he graciously squeezed us in to his busy schedule. In narrowing down the location of the leak, he had to go into the crawl space under the house. After finding the leak he took pictures and video and sent them to the plumbers. Since Justin only does underground work outside the perimeter of the building, he couldn't fix the leak but his professionalism sure helped us get it taken care of.
