I called Friday because our pump hasn't worked most of October. Another company came out for $300 for an hour put a part on the lasted not even 2 days and when I called them they didn't seem to care. So I called John's and they helped my mom get a loan to have all the work done,because they can't make it out until Wednesday they sent a technician out to replace the one part and I was told not to worry about the cost,to me it means a lot because I have a special needs daughter that lives here and my 21 month old grandson. My son and I have been hauling water to boil for baths and it's extremely difficult when I am disabled. My elderly mom lives here also. A big Thank you!!!!
