Once again Dr. Ballou and Rachel have proven just how above and beyond our expectations they went and showed how willing they are to be partners in our working livestock guardian dog care. A very last minute request for hip x-rays was responded to with yes, not a problem, you are coming with one of your other dogs we'll squeeze the x-rays in. That speaks volumes to us and should to the public. Normal stuff we understand can take a while to schedule. This was a very unique and quite time sensitive moment.

When our dog had symptoms of a urinary tract infection they tried to get her in quickly. The examination was thorough and the charges were less than some other vets we’ve been to. Our only complaint is that they still make you wait in the car and don’t allow you to go in with your pet and talk to the vet in person.

Very friendly and efficient staff! Trying to do their upmost best to have pets seen as soon as possible. Doctor even came out to the car in the pouring rain to talk about my pup and not just over the phone. My pup was very happy with the treatment as well! Thank you Dr. Capsey and his assistant Hannah!
