We had a pipe begin leaking at a valve after the cold snap even though there weren't signs it froze. All the local plumbers were full up and we needed help quickly. They sent Scott, who was very honest about the risks with our old house, that the pricing is mid- high, and gave us some general estimates on doing the remaining work our house needs. He was able to successfully fix the pipe despite the risks, install a nicer valve and give us a heads up on any upcoming problem areas. Much appreciated.
Justin was wonderful! He kept me in the loop with what he was doing. He shared options for service. He cleaned up after his work. I was very happy with the work he provided. I am also very thankful to have hot water again.
Justin came out after a pipe burst in our garage. He was great about finding the leak in our wall and leaving the smallest amount of damage to the drywall as possible. Once he found the leak and fixed the pipe, he was great about educating me on next steps regarding insulation to mitigate any additional problems that could arise as temperatures decrease. I was really impressed by Justin’s knowledge and will be requesting him by name for future plumbing needs.
