“Absolutely amazing experience! I have had subpar service in past dental visits probably because of my subpar insurance.
Please don't get me wrong, I am so grateful that I have dental insurance. It's just that most dentists do not accept the kind of insurance that we have. Thankfully, a friend recommended Access Dental and both me and my teenage daughter were seen today! Every person, from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist, to the exit receptionist went above and beyond.
Each person spent time explaining and answering any questions that we had.
It is quite obvious that this team works very well together.

“Dr. McDonald and his team have taken great care of me over the years, especially after I lost a front tooth in a soccer accident. The implant process was smooth, and I always felt informed and supported.

At a later visit, Dr. MacDonald noticed that the cosmetic result of the implant wasn’t as aesthetically pleasing as it could be. He offered to improve it, free of charge. I was pretty shocked, but also grateful. He replaced the crown and carefully customized the color and detail so it blends naturally. The difference is incredible.
