I purchased a townhouse and the seller was an absolute slob. I purchased as is but ias is should have been as far as the painting and some of the things like that was concerned. The seller was to clean it and take his crap out however after closing he did not after me giving him extra time to do that. I hired Sophia and her team and it absolutely looks like a new home. they cleaned top to bottom;i wndows, refrigerator stove, cabinets, shower door. They cleaned the windows inside and out, the bathtub and toilet. Everything is spotless. I wish you could have seen it before they stepped in and cleaned. I think she brought a team of six ladies; three took the top and three took the bottom and they were done in approximately 3 hours. I will certainly hire them again. In fact I am thinking about having them do move out cleaning from where I am; however it won't entail as much as it did for me to move into my new place. I highly recommend them.
