I have worked out for a long time but it had been at least 5 years since I was able to lift a 40 lb barbell over my head. My neck was very stiff, painful at times and it didn’t feel stable enough to handle that weight. I started seeing Dr. Royal due to an increase in my neck instability. I was seen often (there was a lot of work to do) and I did the exercises he gave me to strengthen my neck. After a little while, I decided one day to give the barbell a try. It was a breeze to lift over my head! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dr. Royal, I am forever grateful for you.

My visit with Dr. Royal was on a bit of a whim- I decided that after having 2 children and playing sports, it was worth getting checked out for some significant chronic pain. My initial assessment showed bone damage with a path forward to relieve and keep my back pain away. This whimsical visit turned out to be life-changing. I can now do normal things (like stand up from the floor on my own power) without pain after a few short weeks. I am learning so much about how to take care of my spinal health, thanks to Dr. Royal. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Royal after I was in an accident as a pedestrian hit by a car. Dr. Royal took great care of me set a clear plan on my adjustments for my recovery. I am happy to be fully recovered now, Dr. Royal and his team (Alec) were supportive, attentive and very accommodating. They were flexible in scheduling appointments. I would recommend them again & again. This is a team who truly cares for a patients well being and recovery. I can’t thank them enough for helping me get back to 100%.
