We had some odorous ants that our traps were not taking care of to our satisfaction. Michael came out and did a wonderful job. He explained what was going on and treated the area. He was very knowledgeable and very polite. PCI does a great job of confirming appointments and notifying you when they are on their way. I would highly recommend them.
Michael was fantastic! Super thorough and took extra time to explain all of my options! The pricing was half of what another leading company that begins with Eco Sxxxxx had quoted me. Stick with the established small local companies like PCI! They are the best!
Gene was awesome! After getting crazy bids from other companies he gave me so much info on how to help my low income family member with repairs and service programs! He was patient with all my questions and is as honest as they come! Highly recommend pci and their amazing crew. Want to also mention how much this company gives back to the community and to those in need. Truly hard to find these days! The owner should be so proud!
