Customers appreciate the quality of work, particularly for hemming pants and shortening shirts. The cleaners maintain a focus on unscented services, ensuring items come back perfectly clean without strong odors. With great service and reasonable prices, many have found their new go-to cleaners for all their clothing needs.
I felt compelled to write a review because when I was in to pick up my clothes, there was a really rude customer… and I felt like the review they might write would paint a really unfair picture. I hate seeing small, local businesses get treated this way.
We’ve brought in a bunch of bridesmaids dresses to get hemmed last year and they nailed it. The hemming was flawless and the perfect height. We’ve gone back since for suits and other formal stuff, and everything always comes back clean quick. Cooper Point Cleaners has done all our hemming, alterations, and cleaning for our suits and formal dresses. Everything always comes back well-pressed and on time. They even fixed a Gucci suit we had that was ruined by another dry cleaners. The owner runs a tight operation is very kind. Service is reliable and turnaround is efficient. We also love supporting local businesses, especially those that are women- and minority-owned. Five stars all around! Highly recommend.
